Had a 2 night stay and would 100% recommend property was centrally located to everything and was very clean.
Reception could not have been more helpful and would definitely stay again.

Had an email to say thecreception was closing at 8, so got a taxi from station just in time. Spacious ground floor room, and reasonable breakfast. Lots of steps, but I expect thats what you get when refurbishing an old building. Staff very helpful.

A lovely little hotel. Good conversion of an old house. Spacious rooms.

Overall it was good. There are no door signs for opting for no cleaning, so I informed front desk for no cleaning especially for second day only. And I had my stuff all over the room. However, cleaning lady came anyway. It would've been okay, but she left the window open! I was alarmed over this as it could've rained! I explicitly told front desk again to not touch the room, esp if they leave the window open, which was a concern for me.

The Hotel is great and the location can’t be better. All main attractions, restaurants and bars are close by. The breakfast was also very good and personnel helpful and kind. I would have wished to received information about parking limitations. The day of arrival there was a Folk Fest in town so parking was a nightmare. At the end we found a spot. Apart from that everything great.

Just awful. Broken A/C. Broken toilet. Bright spotlight in window. A single, small sliver of a pillow. No elevator. No communication re door code pre-arrival.
It was hot in Romania, so I had filtered my hotel search for A/C. They had A/C, but it was broken the entire time. To add insult to injury, they illuminate the hotel at night. This may look good from the street but meant my one small window had a spotlight in it. Thus, I had to choose between trapping the heat by closing the window or enjoying the extreme light (and noise) from leaving it open.
The toilet was also broken. The flush pressure was way too high. Even with the lid down and the seat closed, water from the just used toilet would splash on the floor with every flush.
I knew the bed was small from the picture. I did not appreciate it would be adorned with the smallest, thinnest, saddest pillow I have encountered. Pillow, singular.
Honestly, not a problem for me. Still, no elevator. I had to carry my bags up multiple flights of stairs. I know many travelers for whom this would be a problem. So noting it.
And, truly, a minor inconvenience, especially relative to the above. But no front door. There is a gate that requires a code. AFAIK, they did not send me the code before I arrived. So you have to call a Romanian cell phone for someone to come let you in. I would have forgotten this small item but for all the nonsense that followed.
Do not recommend.

Nice, clean hotel close to most everything. Stairs only if you’re have lots of luggage. The mattress was a bit stiff. Breakfast was OK, nothing great. Get coffee elsewhere.

Loved my stay here! Perfect location for Braşov with a decent breakfast buffet. Only downside is the beds are incredibly hard.

We had a great stay at this hotel in March. Lorand was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with variety. Super close to Council Square with lots of restaurants and shops.
Took a star off because (1) no elevator if you have heavy luggage, staff will help but still; (2) no usb ports so be sure to bring universal adapters; (3) shower water is luke warm in the afternoon. All manageable but not “perfect”. Room 11 is the best with a view of the Braşov sign.

Absolutely loved this hotel and wished I could have stayed longer. My first impression was upon checking in…Robert was so incredibly welcoming! He explained everything about the hotel and told me about stores and such close by. I want to send a big thank you to the wonderful employees at the breakfast room, as well. They were so kind & friendly!
There’s a wonderful neighborhood market outside to the left a couple buildings down where you can buy wine & water, etc. There’s also a local bus stop across the street if you’re like me and try to use public transportation! My room had a view of the mountain and gondola! What an amazing location
