The stay was okay, but the base of bed was too big for mattress, the card slot on wall for power wasnt fixed properly and hanging out, bathroom shower door base looked dirty. Staff were lovely tho, I'd say that was the best part of the visit

Room is OK. Bathroom sink is leaking badly. Car parking is too far away from the hotel and it needs more than 20 min to get my car from parking garage to hotel.

We spent a 3 nights period in this central lovely economic hotel. We were impressed by its cleanliness, comfort, stsff friendliness and its services. Wel would come back and we would recommend.

The staff was very supportive and helpful despite not knowing English. We lost our cellphone during day trip and they helped us in getting back. Special thanks to Ms Gozde and manager at the reception .

The pictures on the website does not reflect the quality of the room. The room smelled smoke and the bathroom had mold with minimal maintenance over several years. To many brochure for the same and different information. The room it self was good but need a renovation and decoration and before check in the staff shall double check so the room is ready for check in to match the expectations you have on a suit. The locations are very good with nice local restaurants with walking distance to cordon and also public transport and airport by taxi.

They told me upon arrival that they cannot give me the room as it was flooded and they brought me to a 3 star hotel with a very small double room with no windows and so I told them I can’t stay in that room as it was uncomfortable, dirty surroundings, lots of men smoking in the lobby, and too small for me and my friend. We wanted twin beds which was the one we booked but apparently was flooded. They were probably fully booked and they told me they were going to refund my booking. Still waiting on the $35.95 I paid to be refunded back to my account.

This property has value for The money you pay. There are so many restaurants around there, it’s very closed to Basmane Train Station and metro. The staff are polite and helpful. Their breakfast is delicious. It was a comfortable stay for one night.

We stayed in total for 3 nights at the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable, and was great value for money. The location is very good. Public transport, food and shopping are all less than 5 minutes walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

First of all this hotel boasts if good location,the market area, sea port, Konak park...are in the walking distance. The room was clean and gorgeous and morning meal was satisfactory.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast plentiful. Business Centre was closed but it did not cause too much problems. There are many good restaurants nearby.

I knew you m stole more, 400 lira and 50 euro and you cut the picture I look with a friend who is witnesses, that he. missing a pattie of the video for the, napkin is a napkin that is, dirty of the, early yesterday they did not do the household express because of this problem 2 days ago without household ever, jesuus, fidele, a hotel. com i visited more than 16 countries and go, in hotels, never degolasse like this one and i never go back je savais bien que vous m avez volé plus, de 400 lira et 50 euro et vous avez coupee la photo j'ai regarde avec un ami qui est témoins, que il. manque une pattie de la video pour la, serviette c'est une serviette de par terre qui est, sale des le, debut hier ils n 'ont pas fait le menage expres a cause, de ce probleme il ya 2 jours sans menage jamais,jesuus,fidele, a hotel. com j'ai visite plus de 16 pays et aller, dans les hotels, jamais degolasse comme celui ci et je ne, retourne jamais

Stayed 2 nights for business. Air conditioning was OK (37°C outside) noise insulation was not perfect but acceptable. No restaurant, no spa/pool. Car are handled but not directly accessible (no car park in or very close to the hotel) - have to anticipate a wait between 10 to 25min to get your car.
