Comfortable and cozy (meaning small) like ALL of Italy's accommodations.. but beautiful...be prepared for many many steps specially in Corniglia

It was one of my worst stays. I waited outside untill someone finally answered. The place was dirty (and i had to pay a high cleaning fee.) I can hear in my room the pipes everytime someone flushed the toilet in the building.
Horrible stay. Just don't stay here. You don't even save money.

The property is centrally located to corniglia, be prepared for stairs all around the town, the property provides most basic amenities and communication with the staff was quick and helpful.

Reponsive and attentive communication from the host. Clean and tidy property. Great location in Corniglia and therefore super easy access to the other Cinque Terre sights and activities.

Really nice spot in corniglia on the road that leads to the Marina. The view of the window was really nice but the only thing is that partial sea view was like 1% sea and 99% the beautiful Cinque Terre mountains. The host was friendly also. You had to give a deposit via a site but other than that.. great stay.

Great apartment! It was very clean and located close to the centre, but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. Nicole was communicative and was very helpful in accommodating an early check-in. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

What a delight. I felt like I was walking into my own private retreat when I walked into this place. Everything was designed to be beautiful and convenient. The view of the sea from the bed was perfect. So many nice touches.

The location of this property was great. We enjoyed being right in the village.
The bedroom is very small and it is hard to move around the bed. The small balcony off of the room was lovely and we enjoyed our morning coffee there.
The bathroom is up a very steep set of stairs and the lights in the staircase do not stay on very long. It is a shared bath. We did have one bad encounter with people from the other room. They were both in the bathroom using it and did not shut the door. The toilet did not flush properly which was not pleasant.
We did ask for a fan because our room was hot and it was delivered right away.

Generally fine for a budget hotel but a few things could be improved
- we knew about the shared bathroom but didn’t know that we had to walk up a steep set of stairs to access it.
- the room door was very flimsy so didn’t feel secure. I was glad I was with my husband.
- light switch for our room was outside the door
- very few electrical outlets
On the plus side it was charming with a lovely view from our window.

Have nice view and close to foods and market. Beware of the steps if you’re carrying luggages.

I absolutely loved this place , and small Corniglia was my favorite village in Cinque Terre - I was so glad that we ended up there . I didn’t go to them all, but I found Vernazza to be so crowded . The spot to get in the water was the best , and not teeming with people like Vernazza . I loved our little balcony that had an awesome view and the clothesline to hang clothes . We were four so had the room for four and it was very spacious and had a basic kitchen set up - if we had been there more than 2 days I definitely would have taken advantage of it. After being there and in the Amalfi coast - I would come back here and stay longer than two days !

The property itself was amazing with beautiful views and centrally located. HOWEVER... our host advised us to "put Corniglia into the gps and park in Corniglia square" when we tried to follow these instructions we hit a road block on the mountain. The roads have been closed for some time due to landslides and many other travelers were told this in advance by their hosts. We had to go back to La Spezia and park at the train station to take the train to Corniglia. It was a lot of our vacation time and money wasted.

We enjoyed Cinque Terre, despite warnings that rain would make our experience less delightful. That being said, we love the rain and are used to hiking in such conditions! We would highly recommend staying in Corniglia, as it is quiet and central! The room was tiny but we made space by moving the bed. Generally, we do not require a lot of space so we were satisfied. Amenities, such as a bottle opener, are not available. One more than one occasion we had significant trouble with the locks, both on the entry of the building and getting into and out of the bedroom! Whew! We survived! Sound reverberates in the building but we were the only guests there, for the most part, so it did not interrupt sleep. The space was clean and Nicole was welcoming. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward. Overall, if you are not picky and don’t need a lot of space slash amenities than we would say, go for it! The view was lovely!

The building is in a very quiet street, near the village square. You have some stairs in the village to reach Punto Zero.
There are only 3 rooms in the building, so the night was very silent, and there was no problem to share the bathroom.
The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. There is a small balcony facing the village.
Nice welcome by Nicole.

I was looking for a quiet place to relax on my last week of vacation before starting a new job. This is exactly what I found at Corniglia and Punto Zero.
Corniglia is a lovely little place, probably the quietest of all 5 villages in Cinque Terre. Punto Zero is small and simple. There is not a kitchen where you can cook and no bathroom inside the room. However none of these things bothered me, as I was most of the time out on the trails or in the village, where you can find great places to eat or have a nice aperitivo by the end of the afternoon while enjoying a great view. I was a bit apprehensive about having to share a bathroom, but it was not a problem at all. In fact I only had to share it with guests from another room, and there was never an issue of waiting. I must say it was great to find that the bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer, which helped me a lot!
My room and the bathroom were simply perfectly clean and comfortable. Also enjoyed the balcony a few times, and it had a great view! The only thing I heard from my room was the sound of the waves breaking against the rocks and the birds... A huge delight.

Corniglia is my favourite now after staying there and in Punto Zero. It’s got less tourists and is a calmer place. I couldn’t find the place but Nicola came and found me. She was so lovely and gave fantastic recommendations for lunch and dinner.
My room was really clean, a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The bonus; lying in bed listening to the sea. Heaven!

Located in the near the center of Corniglia, this place has plenty of stairs to build up your leg muscles for your hike in the Cinque Terra trails. No elevator in building, and the shared bathroom is up one flight. Unusual light switch arrangement that may automatically turn off the lights while you are walking in the stairway. It can be scary and dangerous to be in a total darkness and unsure where the correct switches are located. Host Nicole communicated vert all of the apt usuage rules, and was accommoading to our stay.
