The shower was not cleaned. Really gross. I wore my sandles.
Kitchen looked clean, and the dinnerware looked dishwasher clean.
Otherwise, not bad. I expected better for the location and price.

Was a great stay except the elevator was out of order and made it difficult to carry luggage up four flights of stairs. Other than that all was great and view was spectacular

Staff were great and had a good sense of humour. They were very helpful on providing information about the area. They were sincere and willing to engage in conversation. Rooms a bit dated, but very clean. Will probably plan family vacation in the future at this location.

Comfortable, beautiful, helpful and professional front desk !

Stayed two nights, was nice enough, good thing it wasn't too hot as there is no air conditioning in this place. That was a bit of a surprise, as was the 'resort fee' extra charge on top of the charge for the room.

The hotel is quite a ways outside the town of Golden. There was an onsite restaurant thankfully to avoid having to drive back in to eat. The food was okay. The room was very small, carpet was stained from previous water leaks but everything else was clean. It was just an overnight for us. Definitely a ski-focused location so for a summer stay it was ok. Staff was friendly.

Enjoyed being up on the mountain. Be aware of the parking fee if you want to park underground.

Air/heater fan rattled all night. Cost too high. Know it’s about location, but $418 is to high for just king size bed . Mattress was stiff as the floor., 60 miles away, you can get a suite for $15p per night.

Great spot for a family getaway! Location was excellent and it was easy to get to from Golden. Was a great home base to explore all the nearby national parks.

The room was nice looking but I don't think the rooms are ever vacuumed (didn't even see one on the room service couch). As I walked around the room I kept stepping on pebbles which was annoying, and then on my last day I found chips underneath one of the night stands.
I was glad that there were stairs because the elevator took forever to arrive.
And I think the area is called the "Kicking Horse Resort" because all evening I would hear stopping above. Thankfully they do have a sign that tells visitors to be quiet after a certain time.
Because the lodge is probably more used for the winter, there was no AC, rather a ceiling fan and a standing fan. The kitchenette was a nice touch but at least in my room, the eating spot was strange with two chairs facing the bed flanking a small table that you couldn't put your legs under.
Lastly there was a cement cube in the parking lot that had no sign coming from it and sat lower than most car windows, so I ended up scraping the door to my car since I couldn't see how far I actually was when I had thought I cleared it.
Overall, the shower worked, the bed was clean and the microwaved heated my leftovers are about the only really great things I could say about the room. The thunderous noises from above, the pebbles and debris on the carpet made the room less than ideal.

The blanket on our bed had a blood stain on it. Staff at front desk seemed overwhelmed with checking guests in and running front end and there seemed to be no support from housekeeping. He came to give us new sheets and apologized and tried to do the best he could. Housekeeping never brought a new blanket. We checked in late so it was night shift for them. Room overall was nice and the in room amenities were great otherwise. Lodge was pretty and rustic with beautiful views.

No room service after first night (total of two nights). Apart from that, comfortable and relatively clean room.

Our stay at Glacier Mountain Lodge was fantastic. The room was beautiful and clean. Although there was no A/C, it did get a bit warm during the day, but it cooled off nicely at night with the windows open. Note: restaurants close early on Wednesdays so plan ahead for supper. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it.

Great little place to stay! Close enough to Waterton for a day trip. Bellevue mine, Frank slide interpretive centre nearby, very interesting. Recommend paddle boarding in Chinook Lake. Also recommend The Hut Cafe which is walking distance, great coffee and breakfast! Thanks for the lovely stay Mark!

Arrived super late to hotel from our drive. The drive up in the middle of the night was abit scary with no lights and lots of curves. Greeted upon arrival. Room not super big but decent. Room was really hot and no AC. It was good for a quick one night stay. Far up the mountain with a beautiful morning view.

- Screen door to patio was broken
- bottle of conditioner had separated and was just a clump in the bottle with water
- asked for an iron and ironing board and it took multiple hours for them to be able to provide one
- charge for underground parking even though it was pretty much empty
- said Expedia misses a charge that we had to pay at arrival
