The hotel is across the spacvia x train n Ginza line. However the lift to station is not obvious so google well else not make mistake like us as we have to lug our luggage up the stairs.

The hotel is very neat n clean. Check in time 3pm n very strict about that. Lobby is quite small. Only problem I have is the expensive fee if you need to leave yr luggage over night if you leave to go another city and even if you return to stay they will charge 1000 yen per bag per day.

I highly recommend this hotel for a stay-in Tokyo. The hotel is located directly across from the Asakusa train station which gives you access to several other lines.
From here the ginzu line will take you to Tokyo station or Shibuya district.
There is a shopping arcade directly adjacent to the hotel with food and shopping activities and it's a few steps to the shrine.
Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly.
There are washer dryers on the 7th and 11th floors but they can be crowded and it takes about 2 hours to run a 12 lb load.
There is a breakfast available which serves both American and Japanese food.
Next to the rice ball station you can also ask them to make you a simple omelet or eggs benedict or fried eggs. You have to go over and ask it's not obvious.
The rooms are compact and do not have a closet. What most people do is slip their suitcases under the beds and pull them out when they need to get things. If you have a clamshell type suitcase it's easy enough to leave it open under there and just pull it out when you need to get stuff.
They provide two bottles of water everyday. There is a small refrigerator in the room and a hot water kettle.
There's a microwave available near the elevators.
There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel.
There is a taxi stand across the street.
There's also a small hedgehog and otter Cafe two doors down.

Finally, a Japanese hotel that provides a bed that gives you room to store your suitcase under it. This was a big plus for me, however the bed mattress is just way too hard even for Japan standards. The Double bed room was slightly larger than your typical Tokyo room and the facilities overall were spot on for my needs.

Good amenities, friendly staff, clean room with big shower. Small room if you have 2 suitcases. You have 2 wait for 20-40’ before you get seated in the breakfast restaurant. Ridiculous. Also, opening hours are short. This must be solved: more room or open until 11am for instance.

Perhaps the worst bed I have slept on in my 52 years of living. It’s really hard to describe how bad the bed was. I think the floor with just carpet may have been softer.
The only thing worse than the bed was the pillow..made of recycled straws cut in 1/4 snippets, yes it is as uncomfortable as it sounds.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 5. English friendly. We booked the larger room with 4 twin beds. I loved everything about this hotel including amenities, they assisted with booking our luggage transport from Tokyo to Kyoto with Yamato Transport, and we received room service every day. All of the staff were so friendly. The downsides were that the beds were extremely hard…almost futon-like. The pillows were not the best either (small and flat). The room we were placed in had a view of the other room windows so there was rarely any sunlight coming in.

It is my 3rd time staying at Asakusa Toni Hotel. The room I chose is the best for 3 people and best view of sky tree. The location for the hotel is unbeatable, everything you think about you can easily get by foot in the area, highly recommended.
