Noise from lift is annoying you can hear it from your room and the pool is my only complaint. Otherwise I had a perfect stay. Great for relaxing around the pool looking out on Muscat city and great view of the mountains. Delicious food, gorgeous design hotels close to shopping malls and not far from the beach and excellent staff is a great reason to check in here.

The only suggestion I would give the hotel to replace the mattresses. It’s sinking and causes lower back discomfort. Besides that over all was a good stay. Staff was friendly, but they can be a bit welcoming at the front desk. It makes a huge difference for incoming guest trying to check in.

The property needs urgent renovation and purchase of Guest Room basic requirements like, Hand and Bath Towels, Room Sleepers, Bathroom Toiletries, Bed Linen, Etc. Condition is very poor. Room Condition is good but rest of the things are very poor. Lobby and Restaurant AC is not working in required condition. Breakfast Buffet is not at all worth.

Platinum Hotels in Muscat I unfortunately paid for this hotel in advance and had a difficult time changing my reservation for an nine nights visit to Mucat at the check-in time. For three adults in a room, they added a small bed that was too small for my son and had very old, uncomfortable mattress. Additionally, the beds were noisy, the bathroom drain didn't work and we had to change room, the hallway was excessively hot, and there was a strong bleach smell. Throughout our stay, we consistently had to request additional towels as they were not provided in sufficient quantity. The key door did not work properly and we had to asked the staff to activate our key more often. The internet was tribble and I could not get connected with the wifi from this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel at all!
