Staff were fantastic, went above and beyond for us. Nice big rooms and all very clean. We did run out of hot water but that was not a major issue. Lovely place.

A beautiful small hotel in the heart of the villa quarter of Bad Godesberg. Small but very comfortable and clean rooms with lovely bathroom facilities. Probably one of the best showers I ever had! The breakfast buffet was adequate and the only thing missing for me personally was fresh fruit (they did have tinned fruit salad). The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Quite literally the worst hotel you can possibly imagine. First declined to cancel a night even with a free cancellation booking. Staff speak neither English NOR German. No information that the front desk closes at 10, even though I had informed about a late arrival. I had to write my own invoice because staff was unable to. Do not book here.

It is an old heritage building but very well maintained. Only problem for 76-year old man is no elevator. But Elenor, the evening receptionist was kind enough to carry my luggage to Room 10 on the top floor. In addition , she was very kind to heat my left over pasta from the restaurant cross the street. It’s breakfast was very good home made food.

A very comfortable small hotel in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, with a nice and helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Highly recommended hotel. I'd needed a room at the last minute for three nights in Bonn, and booked Hotel Haus Berlin (name notwithstanding, it really IS in Bonn, albeit some stops down the U-Bahn). When I checked in, I was delighted to see my room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Note that because this is a "B&B"-like property, there's not a "24 hour" front desk for late check-in, so pay attention to available checkin hours (or call to make other arrangements in advance). Once you're checked in, you'll have a key that works in outside door for 24 hour access. Fast and reliable wireless. Easy 750 meter walk from the Bad Godesberg UBahn and DBahn stations (and there are buses that run on Rheineallee, too). Rheinalle is a nice tree-lined street in a mixed professional/residential area. Some of the hotel's rooms are downstairs, and the stairs are a tight circular staircase, but you can navigate it OK if you hang onto the railing. There was no individual A/C in my room, but the windows opened, so that was OK. Quiet area, so no problem with noise with the windows open. The bed I'd gotten was wide, but made of two singles, and the duvet was only enough for one side or the other (but it was okay). Excellent shower (tall enough, and hot enough, and with adequate water pressure); bathroom otherwise a bit tight (at least in my room). Breakfast was quite tasty, too. Nice place!

Very good stay. Some problem getting in as I arrived late. English instructions on door alongside German instructions would be very helpful.

We were 1 night, enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast.
the only problem is that there is no elevator and we had to step up 2 flors with the suitcases.
