This was one of those trips where you open the door to your room and you think "Yes!". The room was big and luxurious, there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us and the views from the balcony over the Harbor were wonderful. The staff were friendly and super helpful. There are great dining options nearby for every occasion - we liked The Daily Catch so much, we went there twice!

Exceeded my expectations, and I have high expectations. Rooms were so spacious, clean, comfortable and with a great view. Easily walkable too. Breakfast was great. Front desk service was completely competent and no issues, which is greatly appreciated and really all that is needed. However, as it seems common these days there was not really the extra hospitality of a smile and greeting/smalltalk. That would be the only thing that could have made service go the extra mile, but truly not a big deal. Will definitely be my first choice for any future trips to Boston.

Exceeded my expectations, and I have high expectations. Rooms were so spacious, clean, comfortable and with a great view. Easily walkable too. Breakfast was great. This property blew us away! We a king suite with a pull out sofa for our 16 YO. We were there leading up to a conference my daughter was attending to shop and sightsee. This property sits at the end of a pier and we had amazing views from our 2nd floor corner suite. They leave a card each day for you to select your breakfast options and then they deliver it to your room each morning! The rooms had been remodeled and I LOVED the heated tiles in the bathroom areas! I let them know on our breakfast card that it was our daughter’s 16th birthday one morning and they went out of their way to bring a huge slice of strawberry cheesecake with a burning candle and our breakfast, which was really special. This hotel was totally walkable to shopping, dining, the aquarium and all the historic sights, but it’s a LOT of walking! Driving is really confusing in Boston and I do not recommend it! The lounge is nice and we enjoyed some games of pool. Each day and night they leave little snacks in the hallway for guests, and the chocolate chip cookies each night were delicious! Bed was comfy, the room was amazing and service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this property, a nice mix of historic character and new renovation.

Have stayed here before. Friendly staff. Great room. Just a little noisy this time because tbe Celtics won. Wonderful view of the bay. Interesting yachts pulled up around the warf and dock. VERY conveniant walk to many of the towns sites and conveniences
