We saw the great rating and jumped at the chance to stay here. When our train pulled into Venice it was pouring and by the time we got to the hotel (less than a 10 min walk) we were pretty soaked. But as soon as we walked in we forgot all about it. They took our passports and directed us to the lounge for a welcome drink and some pastries, and encouraged us to take our time while they checked us in. When we finally finished they accompanied us to our room where we found our bags waiting for us and they had even taken our jackets and hung them to dry. The service is friendly, the room is comfortable and the details are like this the whole stay. They have a nightly happy hour in the lounge where if you order a drink you can help yourself to finger foods, little sandwiches, salames etc. Beyond that the hotel is very classically decorated and has a nice garden. It’s close to the train and the Piazzale Roma (for buses and water taxis) but walkable to the main sights. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Venice.The hotel Moresco is a wonderful place to stay. Its in a great location for transportation and very quiet at night. It has all the facilities we need and very clean and comfortable.The staff were fantastic as well. They made us feel welcome and were very well look after. Superb.

Staff are so pleasant & helpful. Wonderful food laid on for free at happy hour in lounge promotes mixing of guests making for pleasant evenings were new friendships can be made. Can’t find a reason not to use this hotel again and this was our third stay here in last seven years to prove it. We will be back for our next trip to wonderful Venezia !

Excellent hotel. The property was beautiful. The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful and just overall very lovely. The room was immaculate and the shower was a dream. Great location close to the bus station. Would highly recommend!

An amazing hotel. The whole hotel had a chilled vibe, beautiful decor, thoughtful extras, and very environmentally friendly, loved the ethics of that. A great location for transport to airport and the people mover. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to another stay there. Thank you so much.

We loved the evening appetizers before dinner. Very welcoming and warm. Wladimir was very helpful and organized our to and fros from the hotel. This is a small hotel with a personal feel. Excellent stay.

Perfect stay from our arrival to departure. The hotel is really in a great location. It's away from busy areas which makes this a great location to stay yet it's still close enough to walk to all the main areas of interest. We had a canal view room and it was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice to suit everyone. The hotels little touches make this a special place to stay. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special.

The staff at Hotel Moresco are wonderful. Very helpful, especially with my mom who has trouble walking. It’s a lovely hotel in a quiet section of town, but easily accessible to the water buses to get you to San Marco and Rialto.

A great example of where the guest reviews of 10/10 actually mean the hotel stay is 10/10 when you get there. We had a lovely time from when we greeted to when we left. The hotel is not far to walk to the main attractions of Venice yet is far enough away to be tranquil

This is such a beautiful hotel with very kind and welcoming staff! The room was beautiful and clean, we had nice canal view and a little cute patio. The hotel garden is adorable and breakfast is delicious with such good pastries. Lots of varieties and they locally source everything. I really can’t praise enough the staff as they were all so amazing. I will be back and I highly recommend this hotel.
