Having stayed here one night a year ago, I looked forward to a linger stay and was not disappointed! Very spacious, quiet rooms, great views and location. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside is self-park across the street, or you can valet. Wish the pool bar was open longer and the restaurant offered breakfast. There is a small Starbucks shop with pantry and other places close by. Right on the boardwalk. I’m sure to be back in early Spring.

The hotel itself is very pretty, clean, and modern. The grounds are very well kept. 2 things specifically resulted in me not giving a 5 star rating. After check in, I was told to go to the concierge desk. I was unsure why I “had” to go there, but I did. I was asked by a lady named Dalal “how many people on this reservation?” and I replied “just me”. She responded rather loudly, and judgmentally “you didn’t bring your wife with you?”. People who were standing nearby, including the other concierge ladies, turned to look at me. I responded “I’m not married, and I don’t know why that even matters.” On top of that, I’m a gay male. I just found her questioning to be very tasteless, rather intrusive, and unnecessary/irrelevant… all of that just to give me a handful of brochures and a coupon book. She then tried to sign me up for a presentation across the street. I told her I wasn’t interested at the moment. She was snarky and said “well it’s not right now”and I said “if I change my mind I’ll let you know” The other reason for this rating is because their checkout is 10am, when most hotels have 11am checkout. Upon asking if I can check out at 11, they said it would be an extra fee, which I feel is exorbitant

The property was very esthetically pleasing. Nice and clean. Great location. Centrally located in close proximity to all things Myrtle Beach. Nice beach with a nice view from our room. We really enjoyed the amenities of a regular size refrigerator, cooking stove, microwave, cookware and utensils, and lastly the ability to wash our clothes prior to heading back home. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

TV and phone weren’t working. Bad connection all around. It was 10:01 am and someone was already knocking on my door to get me out. Expensive place to not have a minute to do a final walkthrough to ensure you got everything.

I like this hotel, but the amount of cockroaches on the balcony and pool area was out of control. The response was that Palmetto bugs are native to the area. So are mosquitos but I don’t expect to get eaten alive when I’m at a resort, at home maybe, not at a hotel. 1 hot tub was warm, the other cold. Expect better from a Hilton, especially one trying to sell timeshares.

The hotel was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so polite and courteous and we will definitely be back.

Everything was great until the sports bar manager (guy) wanted to be rude and not let me watch my game and wouldn’t serve me or let me buy anything from the store and acted a little racist to me and also ripped a beer from my hand. He made me feel ignorant and pretty much wasted my experience and time. Overall the place was nice but I paid to have that feature and bar/restaurant. So I had to go find another place to watch my game. Hope this hasn’t happened or doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Really loved the security in the hotel. Beautiful property. Close to everything. Only small dislike was the water pressure was super light and checkout should be 11a not 10a. But would definitely book again.

I took a solo birthday/Labor Day trip to Myrtle Beach and stayed here. My room/suit was so nice with a great view of the ocean. It was very clean and spacious in my room, also in the hallways, elevators, and lobby were clean. I felt safe staying here being that I was by myself. I highly recommend it. Walking distance from a lot of attractions. Easy for Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off spot! I didn’t get a chance to go to the pool due to having a busy schedule for other activities. The staff were great checking in and out!

We had a late arrival and upon arrival I was told our room was listed as “dirty”. I question why our room was dirty when check in is at 4pm and we arrived after 11pm. The lady checking us in was very reassuring that it was a minor issue and wouldn’t take long to clean. The 2nd lady that was with her had an attitude, and mentioned “I don’t have the perfect room”, when I asked could we just be moved to another room. She also blurted out in rudeness, that she could not just be switching rooms. EXCUSE ME Ma’am ….apparently she was sleep in the hospitality and customer service classes….this is the same RUDE lady that charged by card TWICE the last time (July) I arrived later than usual. Nevertheless the nice lady checking us in finally got us into our assigned room and we had no issues. Other than the rocky check in, our stay was good per usual. I will say I’ve noticed with this visit the wash cloths were very thin..like the cheaper hotels wash cloths. We have never had this problem until this visit. I will have to bring my own washcloth next time. Everything we needed was stocked in our room. The pool was fun…spent most of our time there with the little one. Easy access to the beach. Love the TV in the bathroom. We had a wonderful time, other than the few issues. Will most likely return, hopefully with an earlier check in so we don’t encounter Ms. Rudeness again!
