A lovely little property! Just the basics, but that’s all we needed for overnight. Very clean and quiet with comfortable bed. Kailey in the office was so kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Ive always seen this motel and sister properties listed, i will say i was pleasantly surprised by the property. The office personnel were always courteous and helpful, noahs ark passes for length of stay, score! Discounted tickets to pirates cove! Beds were soft, msybe too soft, but what a silly complaint. I thought the pool was suppose to be heated, it was ice cold, thats the only issue i had. Otherwise it was very quiet, even tge area was super quiet. I would stay again, but would most likely try one of their sister properties first.

I was impressed by the cleanliness.of the hotel. All staff very nice and always seen keeping up on the cleaning. Loction is walkable to downtown, just a little bit outside. Pool was nice too

Don't let the old school comforters steer you away. Everything was extremely clean and pretty well up to date. Employees were friendly. Nice little playground, 2 pools, and grilling areas. I would definitely stay again

Simple accommodations. Cons:Basketball hoop was broken. carpet old and a bit grungy some of the bedding blankets were questionable. It would be nice to be able to check out in person before 8:30am. Pros: Pool area and volleyball court are nice. Easy access to motel and rooms. Adequate parking.

only negatives are Not much parking, no volleyballs for the net, and THEY NEEEEED MORE HOOKS FOR WET SUITS AND TOWELS!! Other than those few small complaints, everything was great!!

Budget friendly rooms with water park passes for registered guests included. Stayed here over a holiday weekend and was pleased with the location. It is off of the main down town street, just at the edge of the town. Close enough to drive back and forth in a car quickly, but not be directly in the noise and such. The grounds where very nice, easy parking, cute little pool, volleyball court, and playground, grills and park benches. I always appreciate when pets are allowed. Tell them ahead of time to get a pet friendly room, It was $29 pet fee per night. Also a nice surprise- the view is perfect for seeing downtown fireworks.

It is clean and comfortable. A fun motel for young kids and teenagers. The only negative is the temperature of the hot water is luke warm and never hot. We tried the hot water many different times after we arrived and again in the early morning, always luke warm.

Front desk staff was nice but room was not very clean as it was very dirty on the sides of the bed and found 2 big water bugs (at least I think that's what they were ) one on rug one on the nightstand made it for a unpleasant night of no sleep thinking there is more bugs .... previous ownership maintained it better and cleaner

Room was full of flies. We were given a fly swatter and we took care of that. Fridge was not working, it was switched out right away. Overall the room and bathroom were clean. I would recommend new bedding as the bedding was old. The service by the front desk person was excellent.

Staff was great and motel was ok. The rooms need updating. Beds were comfortable enough but not like newer hotels and the furniture is quite dated. Location is good, close to sports complex and downtown. Had some good coupons too.
