Very very nice hotel. Never heard of the hotel until now. Was nervous about staying since I never heard of the place. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. Very clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Full refrigerator I can’t complain. Nice and quiet. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Georgia. Would highly recommend and will stay here again

Check in was easy. Hotel and room was clean. Bed was comfy enough. The room only had a pull-down blind for the window. It did not block out the light from the parking lot and make it difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains are needed.

Hotel was very misleading . I wouldn’t recommend this one . Rooms didn’t even come with soap to wash your hands with . Front desk agent didn’t even want to wait on customers .

I liked the room with the kitchenette and sitting area. Very spacious. But I was charged a $200 non refundable pet fee for deep cleaning. I was there for a dog show with a groomed,bathed dog. Monthly routinely treated for parasites,fleas and ticks. He was groomed everyday at the show. But my room had old coffee on the floor from previous guest and under the bed were balls of dust ( dust bunnies) that had not been removed in quite some time. I had no cleaning service since it is available only once a week. I always put waterproof covers on the bed, floor and under my dogs crate but he’s well behaved and I never leave him unattended. The desk clerks were great when I was checking in and they gave me a room that was in a perfect location. I think the cleaning fee was way too expensive since it’s clear the rooms don’t even get a regular thorough cleaning between guests.

I never stayed in an ever home before. My husband and I came there to be away from the hurricane. It was very accommodating and comfortable. Nice having suite so you could even cook if you wanted. Nice little shop to purchase items to cook and to snack on. Coffee is always complementary. My only complaint is it could’ve been a little bit cleaner. The floors needed to be mopped in the bathroom. Could’ve been a little cleaner, but I cleaned it up myself. So glad that they allowed my cat to be along as well. The cat had a blast. The staff was also very nice and kind. They gave us Dunkin’ Donuts one morning for breakfast no charge I would stay in and ever again for sure and highly recommend.

New hotel and I appreciate its goal to offer long term stays for City of Hope. I liked the furniture and the mini store offerings. I was surprised to see an old school a/c unit but it operated better than the newer models. The bathroom was not very clean with mold and dirt from the prior guests. Otherwise, I could stay here again for location and comfy bed.

Although I will agree the place is new it is dirty. The elevator had food smeared down the wall by buttons and crumbs all over the floor. Was not cleaned on my two day stay. My room had hair in the sink drain, dried blood and hair in the shower and a ring around the toilet. Just a shame the housekeeping is not being quality checked as it could be a nice place. It will quickly get run down if cared for like this.

For this to be a new place the floors in my room were horrible, we couldnt get the tv to let us cast the game then after the game couldnt watch anything other the guide so, that was disappointing (esp at game time)

I absolutely loved this hotel. I came down for the UGA game, Falcons game and the race this past weekend. The beds are comfortable, the pillows were awesome, stand up shower was fantastic. The area is quite and so many things to do, the staff was great and now everytime I come to Atlanta this is the spot I’m picking!

We only got this hotel to make a trip to Atlanta the next day. It’s a good option for being on the cheaper side. The service was good and it was easy to check in. There is also no deposit fee unlike some hotels have. My issues were we didn’t have any wash cloths when we got into the room, we had to go to the front desk and request it. Also, our bath stopper did not work and seemed to be broken. We were unable to give our toddler a bath. Overall, if you’re just wanting a place to sleep and don’t care much about amenities it’s the best option out there.
