Extremely basic hotel. Windows could not be opened and the shutters were stuck. However, room was cleaned well each day and new towels provided. Staff were friendly and, im sure, would have been helpful if I needed any.
Great central location and the budget price matched expectations

The worst hotel ever, no air condition, was so hot feels like an oven, the hall way so narrow and no light, no parking , I ask the front desk that I rent the room with air and she said no, I left and I rent in another hotel

Staff very good. Room was not, unfortunately run down and smells of what we thought was something dead.
Looks like not been updated since 70s.
Room not secure could easily have been broken into. Noise from other guests all night into early morning.
Cheap for 1 night but would have slept better in car because of noise.

Bearing in mind that you get what you pay for... Pros: Great price, five minutes' walk to the centre of town, comfy bed, clean room. Cons: (Takes deep breath) It is NOISY. I was on the fifth floor, but the flimsy doors onto the balcony aren't double-glazed, so you hear traffic constantly and the metal blind outside rattling every time there's a gust of wind. And the walls aren't much better - trying to sleep while the couple in the room next door are having loud sex is uncomfortable, and the smell of their cigarette smoke from the adjacent balcony somehow makes its way into my room. Not nice. And then there's the bathroom... You are supplied with a small sachet of body wash once a day and there is no soap by the wash basin, so you need to ration that sachet carefully if you want to wash your hands. The toilet seat fell off as it isn't actually fixed to the toilet. The shower...wow. there is a small bath at a RIGHT-ANGLE to the toilet, so you have to climb OVER the toilet to access the shower. If you don't break something from slipping over while getting out of this architectural abomination, you will no doubt sever an artery as you smash into the GLASS shower 'curtain'... Apart from all that, just fine.

Great experience at Hotel Joma. In a very high compression date in Jerez I was looking for a cheap, well located and clean hotel for me to stay in a triple room with my 6 and 9 year old sons. Hotel Joma was perfect, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, good heating and hot water and also a very cheap price. As you can imagine for a cheap price you can't have luxury furniture or L'Occitane amenities but as I said, at Hotel Joma you receive cleaness and comfort for a very affordable price.

Courteous staff. A little old but very quaint. No AC but fans provided. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Very nice neighborhood.

Ok for the price, but old and worn down.

You get what you pay for, facilities are adequate and do the job as long as you do not expect more than a bed and bathroom.
