I love Deborah. She is really kind and welcoming.

This was a quiet and quaint place with a chill vibe. There was no complimentary coffee in the room for morning, and also no full length mirror. The room was also extremely small.

This property is perfect for a fun family vacay or even a romantic getaway with the one you love. They have thought of everything you could want to spend time in Lake George! The staff is super accommodating and friendly. They have all the water toys needed to enjoy time on the lake and when you get back to shore, there are grills and fire pits to enjoy as well.

Very nice management, clean and serviceable motel. Expect nothing more. Views of lake ok (not the best vantage point), rooms tiny and cheaply constructed and furnished. Sort of a redneck feel misplaced down the road from The Sagamore and Bolton Landing, which are far better choices considering the price of this room was no bargain. Sometimes paying triple isn't worth it, but sometimes it is.

This is now my third time staying here and I love it. It is located on the lake in a quiet area which is so nice. I don’t need much when I go on vacation and what I need is provided by the Juliana. Pool, beach, fire pit and kayaks~

This property was nice for what we wanted. We went out there on the motorcycles with a group of people and this place was right on the water and had a pool. They had areas were we could sit in a group Arouca fire which was great and they had grills everywhere so we could grill dinner and just hang out after riding all day. The rooms were clean but out dated. And you could hear everything in the rooms next to yours which was annoying. They had air conditioners but they were old and very noisy. But over all it was nice

This is an inexpensive hotel, not a luxury hotel, so I'm giving 5.0 ratings based on expectations for a moderately priced option. Check in was quick and easy, the staff was pleasant, the room was sufficient, and the location (on the shore overlooking Lake George) was nice. No breakfast options at the hotel, but it's very near a number of restaurants along the same road. If you don't need the fancy stuff (health club, restaurant, etc.), then this might be a great place for you to stay, to enjoy the Lake George area. Note that the driveway is steep and twisty, but parking was free and available.

The Diamond Point area plays very fast and loose with the term
« Resort. » it’s more of a motel with a private beach and dock.
The sound insolation between the walls is non-existent. You hear everything your neighbours say or do.
We paid extra for a lakeside view but there was no real view. There seem to be only two rooms with proper views on the entire property.
Ping pong was fun though and the staff were wonderful. It’s a beautiful area.

Hotel is amazing. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a cabin with a high loft , another bedroom underneath, and pull out couch. It was comfortable and clean though lighting was very dim except in the bathroom. They provided complimentary extras like dish soap, dishes and cookware as well as blow dryer, shampoo & conditioner. We had a private porch with table, chairs and umbrella. There was plenty of outdoor grills and sitting areas as well as play area for kids. There is a pool and private beach was a short walk down the slope where kayaks and canoes were free to use. It was a bit difficult to get someone on the phone but once I did, they were friendly and helpful. The only sour note was that they were mowing and doing edging at 3pm while we were playing corn hole and table tennis so we had to keep moving to get away from the grass and noise.

The Juliana had just what I was looking for. The unique Lake George Experience.
Other than a couple lightbulbs being out, we had a wonderful overnight stay.

If you want bare minimum, no room cleaning, spotty WiFi, tiny view of the lake, excessive bugs, dirty pool, awful beds and to be overcharged for it, this is the place for you. Oh and the whole property just slopes down without stairs or much grading so I hope you're mobile and have no issues with balance or walking up steep hills. The only nice things I have to say are the one person in the office, Jessica, is very sweet and helpful and there are a lot of fire pits and places to sit, if you can sit outside without getting swarmed by bugs.

The titular statement says it all but here it is again:
This hotel should not be in Hotels.com's list. I indeed paid a price of a 4star hotel for motel purporting to be a resort.

Originally we were staying at at different location because we didn’t know about The Juliana’s resort. We booked the entire week at at different place on the strip and it was a nightmare between the noice and the people screaming at each other from the street and loud cars all hours of the night. Let me just say I’m so glad we found The Juliana’s. Jessica and Mary were amazing very friendly and helpful. They made our family Vacation unforgettable. The property needs a few updates but the stuff was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend The Juliana’s Resort to all my friends and family. We just left and we’re already playing our next trip to The Juliana’s as soon as possible. We go to Lake George 3-4 times a year and we never had such a great time while on vacation thanks to Jessica and Mary for helping us turn a nightmare vacation into a dream family vacation. I wish I could give The Julianna’s resort more than a 5 stars 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️

I would not hesitate to stay here again. The person at the front desk, when checking in and out was very nice. The deck overlooking the lake was wonderful.

Lovely place, peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed the beach, kayaking, BBQ and the other guests.
Lovely cottages but they can use some updating. Overall excellent place and we are looking forward to come again! Thank you!

Beautifully landscaped grounds. Very nice and clean, charming outdoor seating areas. Great having use of various boating equipment and firepits ($8 for wood at front desk). However, the room itself was very disappointing. Dark b/c no overhead lighting in main area. Bathroom (grimy looking linoleum) and sink area very dated. Kitchen very dated and only 2 forks.

It was amazing we all had a great time and met people from Westchester, New Jersey and evening from the boroughs of Queens.
