We had a handicap room. The room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the blackout blinds.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, and room was clean and comfy. We stayed for one night, and would come back and stay here if we need to be back in the area.

Clean room, clean bathroom w/modern amenities, comfortable bed & pillows. Dined here for dinner & breakfast - large portions & very tasty. Our bartender was excellent with service and friendliness.

Property was okay. There is not enough overnight parking so when it is full, you have to park behins at the business next door which is car wash. The property did not have adaqate blankets in the room, just a flat sheet and a light comforter.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Staff is efficient, friendly and very accomodating. It would be nice, though, if the bar opened earlier than 5p on Friday & Saturday.

Banging noice from construction ( on Saturday), door rattled every time other doors on floor were closed, Restaurant/bar opened late and closed early. Very overpriced. Staff was no help, free parking, down the street

Came here with family to spend time in Santa Cruz and at the boardwalk. Price was very reasonable compared to hotels in Santa cruz, so we opted to stay here. So glad we did. We got the double king beds on the second floor. Beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the redwoods on the mountains. Everything was clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a nice size lobby area with plenty of seating and tables. They also have games on the tables like Jenga and chess. My only complaints are that the AC did not work, it barely blew out any air and the window only cracked open a few inches. So it was hard to sleep when it's stuffy and hot. Second, I did not like the shower. It was impossible not to get water on the floor, since there is no shower door. Overall it was a great stay at a great price. I may stay again if I come back to the area.

Beautiful place and great rooms! Loved the large ceilings, the bed was super close to the floor I didn’t mind but threw me off at first! The shower is incredible! Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Booked a king but was given 2 Queens. I like that they have a restaurant/bar but its overpriced.

Very comfy room with nice French door that I could open. Shower water was Luke warm and no maid service for the 3 night stay. Overall it was fine.

The hotel is in a very nice location about 10 to 15 minutes to Capitola or Santa Cruz, Clean and very respectful service the restaurant is also for dinner and breakfast. We ate there and we loved our entire stay, plus the room were spacious!
