From the second we checked in there were issues. It was just an unending series of problems. The service was terrible. The front desk was inexperienced and rude. The valet was never around. The Wi-Fi was down. We were putting a room by a concert on a Sunday night without any warning People came into our room without knocking we were told we couldn’t have more water, nothing in the room worked and they couldn’t fix it… The list goes on and on and on to spend $670 on a room and be treated like we were at the motel. It was horrible and so disappointing. I do not recommend staying here.

Very nice resort. We stayed at this resort as part of the concert series. Would stay here again.
The only downside is the concert ended at 9:30, and all of the restaurants were closing or closed. The resort food was definitely overpriced.

Run down corporate hotel in a suburban office park setting. No staff. Had to call 4 times to get someone to fix our air conditioner. Pool areas had old food sitting on chairs for hours with no one cleaning it up. Desk staff couldn’t answer basic questions.

Loved our stay here, staff friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good gym, lovely pool, restaurant annd food delicious. Only downside was prices of food and drinks. £10 for a 330ml can of lager in the deli was ridiculous.

I paid for a room with a view of the pool, but the balcony had a huge slab of concrete blocking the view. The bathroom sinks had several pieces of hair in them. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was a stain running down the wall. Overall, for $400 a night, I expected more.

Not impressed for the money. As the Grand Reserve was merged with the Meritage feels like a forgotten part of the hotel. Lots of conferences which doesn’t make it great for couples visiting.

Most dining is closed in the day. Also the adult pool has children. There is año strict policy. Also some staff were very rude and had no hospitality.

We chose to pay at property and when we checked in we asked them to change the charge card on file. Which was easy. When we tried to resolve it at the front desk we were told they could not see the double charge and that because we booked through a third party. I am not happy at all and will never book through a third party again. Now I have to wait to see what happens on my bank’s end as my account is negative AND I have prearranged payments hitting my account making it even more negative. I am very upset and frustrated!!!

Very nice property. Pool size was great and loved the space in the room and that it had a kitchen was a big bonus. Bathroo. Was my favorite part.

We had an overall excellent stay. The check in was easy and helpful. The room was welcoming and very comfortable. We did have one concerning negative experience with the valet who was very hostile and unbelievably rude. We did speak with the concierge regarding that experience. She was very apologetic. But as a significant first encounter , if I were s owner / managet I would definitely pay attention to his behavior and the impact on your guests
