“I had no issues with my stay, but I do have a problem with the additional $160 charge to my card. When I checked out, I specifically asked for a receipt to confirm there were no extra charges. The receipt they gave me showed $0 and no charges. They told me that Hotels.com would have the receipt with the charge details since everything was handled through them.
Now, I see a $160 charge from SpringHill Suites on my card—something I was not informed about, and it’s not reflected on the receipt I was given. When I tried to get answers, no one at the hotel could explain it. I was told the person who could help was on a conference call and unavailable, and the manager who checked me out wouldn’t be in until 3 PM.
It’s hard to believe that in an organization this large, only one person can handle a customer’s issue. I’m extremely frustrated because I’m getting the runaround and no answers. To make matters worse, the front desk representative had the nerve to tell me I was making a mountain out of a molehill. I told her that if it’s not a big deal, she could give me my $160 and have the manager reimburse her.
This is my hard-earned money, and I deserve answers. Of course, I’m upset!”

We had a minor hiccup at check in that was ultimately resolved but it was an inconvenience at the time. There was only one person checking in guests and there were 4 groups waiting in line. When it was finally our turn, the clerk rejects my debit card for incidentals because it did not exactly match my ID. I completely understand they have policies so my husband gave his debit card and the clerk rejected because it must match the name on the reservation. So, we ask to change the name on the reservation. Nope, sorry can't do that. He starts looking in his computer, I imagine he messaged a manager for approval because the next thing I know, he's taking my card. Other than that, room was great. Bed was very comfortable. AC was noisy but it didn't bother us.

It was perfect for what we needed! Our church was having a big two day event that we were heavily involved in, so it helped us be close enough to have time to rest and go back and forth with no worries. Thank you! My husband and I will be back!

Loved this hotel. The location was perfect for us; the room was nice enough. A decent breakfast, not too busy. Car park, nice beds and a little bar. We also used the pool and our daughter loved it. Not sure what to expect more in an hotel but we definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Very good hotel, nice size room and the location was good. The only negative would be the smell on the second floor hallways, probably the carpet but other than that we will stay here again. Location is close to everything.

The hotel looked brand new. It is well maintained and access to the building is easy and secure. Great and varied breakfast. The pool is well kept. The water is clear and drying towels were available in a cabinet on the deck.
