Very nice hotel our room was cool, kind of rustic inside very neat. Has a coffee maker however no sweetener sugar or spoon. All in all it was a great stay, very quiet and quant.

Checking in, I stood at the desk for 20 min. while the person at the front desk tried to log in. They closed down the majority of amenities due to a “change in management” without disclosing this on their website. The entire reason we chose to stay here for our anniversary was because of the beautiful lobby and bar, as well as the rooftop and their bar, which was all closed. We also asked for them to do something special for our anniversary for when we walked in, they said they could, and then did nothing for it. When asking for compensation for the lack of amenities, they gave us back 35$. For the lack of professionalism, amenities, as well as empathy for everything we missed out on, I will not be rebooking at The Last Hotel.

The reviews about the hotel declining are accurate. It was 9/10 when i booked 4 weeks ago and dropped to 7/10 in just those few weeks. Ibheard the restaurant had a fire, then lost liquor license. The lobby althoigh beautiful is scarce of customers, staff, and goods. There is an empty bar and a quiet restaurant that is supposedly open but i never saw a person there. The staff of the hotel are very kind and seem to care but the room was not very clean and the drains have a wierd odor. There is basically zero water pressure. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Its easy to tell that a good amount of money went in but its on its way out now. There is a loud club across the street and cars doing donuts in the intersection outside at 2am. The worst part is one of the valet wrecked our car. Artur was great and helped us all weekend. The guy when we were leaving though backed it into a pole or something. Completely tore through the bumper to the frame. No manager on staff. He gave me all his info and was very apologetic but im still waiting to hear from the hotel so i can file a claim.

The hotel itself is fine but be prepared for sticker shock on parking, $47 with valet or $40 across the street or if you are lucky the few Metered spots next to hotel (free from 7 pm till 8am next morning if there are no scheduled activities in the area.)

My stay was okay. The room was nice and the staff was nice as well but there was a problem.
My room was not cleaned after our first nights stay. Although I made housekeeping and front desk aware that I wanted my room cleaned. So I not only had to make up my own bed but didn’t get any new towels.

My husband and I had stayed here once before for one night while on a road trip. Although we were not super happy with our room last time (odd smell), we decided to come back because the rooftop pool and bar were great, as was the downstairs bar and restaurant. We wanted to stay here to be able to relax by the pool for our one evening there, and have some good food and drinks without having to get out into the city as we had been driving all day. Upon check in we were informed that the pool was closed, and were both hotel bars and the restaurant. NO pool, NO food or drink options whatsoever. That was the entire reason we chose to stay here, and created a huge inconvenience for us to then have to leave the hotel to go find dinner somewhere, when all we wanted to do was relax before getting back on the road the next morning. Additionally, the room was filthy. Huge clumps of dark hair all over the bathroom including stuck to the shower wall and all over the floor, as well as dark hairs in the sheets and comforter. If I had realized this before we were forced to leave for dinner and then return to the room late, we would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. I feel that the advertising for this place was a complete scam, as if the hotel chose to close down ALL of its advertised services they should clearly state that so people are not lied to when they book and pay for a hotel expecting one thing and getting another. Could not be more disappointed with the stay here.

The hotel was beautiful at first glance but up close there were some not great elements. There was hair in my shower and it wasn’t cleaned very well. The hotel bar and restaurant were closed for the entire duration of my stay but it was close to so much and all the staff was very friendly and inviting. Overall decent stay if the cleanliness was better.

There is no self parking at the hotel. Local parking on the streets with meters. Hotel provides valet parking for $40.00 a day.
Area around hotel dimly lit. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are not easy to find. All restaurants in hotel were closed for maintenance.
Would not recommend.

Wonderfully beautiful old hotel that was walking distance to the Arch, Busch Stadium, shopping and many different restaurants. Accommodations were great with modern rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I think the rooms in this hotel are fantastic and wanted to catch baseball game. Stay in town. Listen to some blues music after the game and this place was priced incredibly well. A ride from the hotel to the ballpark on left was six bucks.
The pool is still open but as for food in the actual hotel, don’t expect it come here for the value Price the room compared to something like the Westin where it’s almost 300 bucks a night.

Such a gem of a hotel! I’ll start by saying, I did get lucky and found street parking next to the main entrance of the hotel and only paid $8. The receptionist Tequila was not very welcoming, but that’s fine, just give me my key and I’m good. The room was spectacular, great size, high ceilings, huge windows with a view to the city. Great styling of the room, felt so modern chic. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was incredible. All around, just amazing. Didn’t get a chance to view the pool, although the pictures look incredible. One thing I didn’t care for, is that you need to use your room key every time you use the elevator, and it’s not ideal when you’ll be hosting in your room. But I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The experience at this hotel was quite interesting. When we got there we had booked a family suite but they didn’t have one, they “upgraded” us to 2 rooms we were told joined, they had no door to connect, so we had 3 people in one room and 3 in a completely different room. They had us on a high floor and the fire alarm went off saying to use the stairs, my husband is disabled and not able to go down stairs. We got down one flight when we found out it was a mistake, no fire. Very scary! The room was clean and the roof top pool is nice.

The Last Hotel was a surprisingly trendy hotel. The room was nicely decorated, and very modern. The staff had a family-like approach to interacting with guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a good job renovating an old building in downtown. The roof top pool/deck area is a nice place to relax and catch some amazing views of downtown. The downside is you are downtown, so there’s a lot of activity(bars, cars and noises). But don’t fret, we never felt unsafe walking around. You are within walking distances from some great sights(Arch, Busch stadium and blues and city museum) and fantastic restuarants(Rooster, OverUnder bar).

Restaurant and Bar closed, wasn't told that when we booked. Only 1 elevator, one was out of service. Twice our room keys weren't working and had to go downstairs to get different cards issued. Pool ares had 1 garbage can, that wasn't emptied for 24 hours. Garbage was all over the ground around the can. NO towels for the roof top pool, called and waited almost 45 minutes to be replenished. Second time at the The Last Hotel, wasn't a very good stay this time! Under New Management!

The property itself was nice, however RITA, the front desk lady was incredibly rude, made the entire stay uncomfortable to start. If you hate your job, quit. Also, we did NOT receive our room at 3pm like it says on the listing, instead we were forced to sit and wait until 430pm. Ridiculous. Room was modern however for a family room there was no privacy in the shower door. It was clear so made showering a bit uncomfortable.

This property is advertised as having a restaurant and bar and due to new ownership. They did not have a liquor license. This building is filthy original room they sent us to was not made up or even cleaned. I suggest you take this off your hotel offerings until they get their crap together we were so disappointed. We would’ve stayed anywhere else if we could.
