It was ok, very clean room , no amenities except a bar of soap in bathroom, should have a grab bar in shower for safety purposes , good for 1 night, we booked 2 but left early, bed was ok, we were on the first floor, but had noise above all night, Would we stay again, no

10 out of 10 recommend! We have traveled a lot throughout the country and hotels are hit or miss at the price range of which we stay. By far, this hotel has been one of the best for the affordability. Super clean, very friendly staff, check in a breeze. More budget friendly hotels should aspire to be like this one. Really cannot recommend it enough! Simply amazing!

The room was sufficient but if you ever have an issue with your key or anything after like 10 PM, there is no one at front desk you have to use this phone to call whoever is covering it and it takes them like 15 min to come assist you while you wait in a hot lobby area because the hotel won’t even let you through the door without a working key…

The WiFi wasn’t working so I was checked in incorrectly and management came into my room in the middle of the night thinking it was empty. The general manager was very sympathetic and provided a discount to offset the trauma of waking up to someone coming in your room.

Will most likely never stay here again. Maybe due to the hurricane things were not up to par but shut down vs providing bad service. Check-in system is terrible, no one actively working after 8pm! My room was bare, a towel and one bar of soap. I got bitten by something no sure if it was bed bugs or not. Kids were treating the place like an inside playground, full races happening in the hallways. The walls are paper thin so next to me and above lots of banging, I did not sleep. Finally, my key stop working a full day before my check-out. At this time I cannot recommend this hotel, especially with better quality right down the street.

If you check in late there is no one at the desk. They close it off. There is a phone when you walk in and someone will come and check you in. The beds are on a hard wood floor so if you have people staying above you , you will hear everything Everytime they go into bed , it sounds like furniture is being moved around! Also our door wasn't locking and then when it did you could push it and the lock never locked. Also alot of people hanging out in hallways on phone and in lobby but they are construction workers it was alittle creepy since I was a woman walking around. They were nice but just had a creepy feeling. You need a key to get anywhere in the hotel. It's a good one nighter if you need a rest

The front desk service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my 50 years of traveling, and that includes motels in small remote towns! I arrived at 4 PM, you have to pick up a phone in the entranceway and call the number to get them to open the door. When you step into the lobby, the rolldown privacy door is closed to the reception desk. You have to stand there and wait for them to open it. The check itself was easy After you initial and sign all the paperwork, which of us unusual. I got up to the room and the TV wasn’t working, there’s no phone in the room to call the front desk so I had to call from the outside using my cell phone. The girl at the front desk was not very accommodating at all. I could hardly hear her, so I went back downstairs to the lobby with the privacy door has been closed again. I knocked on it and knocked and knocked and no one answered so I had to go back out of the building and tried calling from the phone to have her tell me that there was nothing she could do about the TV , she never once rolled up the window to speak to me face-to-face like a normal human being. I have never stayed any place where they treat their customers in such a manner.
The beds are extremely noisy every time you move. There is no ice in the building. The only thing this place has going for it is that it’s only been open for a few months so everything is new.

1st couple of nights were great! I was then on the 2nd floor and it sounded like King Kong was on the 3rd floor. My recent stay a couple was screaming arguing and a baby was screaming…I did complain on that incident. There are sugar ants in room 203

The floor of the room was dirty. The bed in the acccesible room was not usefull for a blind person, not every disable person is on wheelchair. You could have normal height beds on accessible rooms for normal heiht non wheelchair disabled people. My tall blind husband have had a very difficult time trying to stand from the bed. I recommend to adk in your survey when people request an accessible room if need a short leg bed or not. I was very disappointed that my blind husband had to pass so much difficulties sitting abd getting out of the bed. This was a vey difficult time for us staying here.

First, we were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff upon checking in. The check in process was quick, smooth, and very friendly. Second, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and parking lot. Third, we were beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Lastly, we were very impressed with the check out process and the help offered to get our luggage to out van. We've stayed in several hotels lately due to medical issues and have been beyond disappointed. But this stay far exceeded our expectations. There weren't a lot of amenities that other hotels offers but we realize that's how they keep the daily rate very affordable, and we're okay with that! We will definitely be using this hotel again. We have a special needs child and I have my own medical issues so we're in hotels often. We are pleased to have found such a friendly and clean-beyond-expectations home away from home!

Staff sucked, bed very uncomfortable, felt like in prison with all doors locked and metal barriers down, no staff anywhere to be found after 5pm, will NOT be staying there again.

The attitude of the on call staff for late check-ins must improve. The welcome was not pleasant.

Not what i had expected, it was so quiet, clean, it was a bit pricey though. I didn't like that in order to cook, it would cost me an extra $45 to obtain the pots, so i just purchased frozen foods that could be heated in the microwave. Still, i liked that the units came with a full size refrigerator and a two burner stove. I would stay there again. The staff was excellent.
