Everyone who worked there from the front desk to the restaurant were extremely nice.

The staff are extremely nice and the property was very a warm Nashville vibe. The issue that I have is that I was expecting some kind of comp and should have spoken up for myself at the time. They put me initially on a floor that has only been open for 2 wks- shower temp was only warm, thermostat didn’t go above 65, remote wasn’t working. I actually considered sucking it up, but I had a dog and it was too important to have a warm room. I rented 2 rooms for family and we had to move to a different floor with all our stuff. They did come up to assist with moving to the other room but I of course left something behind because it was a lot. The girl at the front desk was great, so I do not want to minimize that. But I have been to so many hotels and they usually offer something as an apologetic gesture.

Favorite part of the hotel was hands down the dining/bar area where we saw several great performers. Also, the food in the dining room was lights out amazing!! Our room was clean and comfy. The hotel is has parts that are older which is part of the charm but some may view as slightly outdated.

We had a great stay! Quiet hotel and friendly staff. Only recommendation is a full length mirror in the room! There was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom. Also an option for a curtain on the shower. We had a handicap room.

The front desk person, Heather, and the bellhop, Joe were great! Unfortunately, the hotel was under construction so the gym wasn't available, they did have passes to a gym across down which wasn't very convenient. The cable seemed very spotty and kept going out, but I think it might have had something to do with the construction of a floor above my room. They were charging $6.95 for a cup of coffee in the bar in the morning, but once the bartender found out my coffee maker in the room wasn't working she comped my coffee and had the front desk get me a new machine. I stayed here before Covid and they provided free coffee in the lobby each morning and cookies at check-in. Sadly that's not the case any longer. For such an upscale hotel you would expect to get those things. Again, the staff were amazing but unfortunately, I won't be staying here again and I come to Nashville frequently for work.

Great hotel, we used the valet to park otherwise there is only street parking, the area was very busy, lots of traffic but we were able to walk to Broadway for the live music and food and drinks, which is the reason we were there. They had breakfast but they charged around $40 per person.

First things first, the receptionist Heather is amazing! Loved her to the moon! Now…
This was my first time in Nashville. I wanted to be somewhat close to Broadway Street without being directly on it. The location of this hotel is perfect. The only downside to staying downtown in basically any major city is the lack of parking. So we paid the $50 for valet in and out service all day
The room we had was very spacious and clean and surprisingly big. The bathroom was very nice. We could easily walk to Broadway as well. WHEN I visit Nashville again, I’m definitely staying here.
Thanks again Heather!

We had the absolute best time staying at the Countrypolitan.
It was close enough to Broadway to walk, but far enough away for it to be quiet and comfortable.
The Indigo was quaint, eclectic and just awesome. The staff was so friendly and inviting, they made us not want to leave.
We’ll definitely be back

Service was good, bar and breakfast were lovely. Bar staff remembered us from our visit a year ago which goes a long way.
Great location for Broadway and everything CMAfest.
Only negative is the building work that starts around 8am every morning.
