Nice place. Unfortunately we could hear the people in the room above us clearly walking around. It sounded like they were stomping around but I can't confirm that. Overall nice place though, very cute lodge and nice staff!

Always a good experience with a good price point. My priority is to ski, eat and sleep.

The Lodge is under new ownership. They used to have impeccable service and things have gone down hill. They no longer have coffee makers in the room, you have to request maid service 24 hours ahead, the four days we were there they did not have any dog poop bags in the dog rest area, the whole lobby smells of pool chemicals, and they no longer have individual toiletries in the room. We requested a dog friendly room and they placed us on the third floor even though we called ahead. Two of the light switches in the room did not work. One day the maids or another guest left soiled diapers in a bag in the hallway and the entire hallway smelled. We used to love the level of service at this resort, but it doesn't seem like they are doing the work to keep the hotel up and running in good working under. I felt very disappointed, the service felt more like a Motel 6.

A great hotel and a good location. Really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and indoor pool. Decent restaurant on-site which is helpful in the off season.

Beautiful large rooms, finely furnished. Magnificent breakfast.
Noticeable noise from floor above. Keeping air conditioning to prescribed 74 degrees led to a discomfortable sleep for this three person party.

Overall we had a pretty good experience. We were disappointed with the noise of the room. We were on the 2nd floor and stayed 4-nights. Early every morning were lots of slamming doors through the lodge. Two of the four nights people were stomping around above us on level-3. It was also disappointing their hot tub was broke down all four days. They had a very limited staff as it was their slow season. One day our keys wouldn’t work and several customers as well as us waited for 30-minutes for someone who could reprogram the keys as the front desk was left unattended. There was a very limited menu for food, but we did however enjoy the coversations with the bar tender who is also one of the main servers for the restaurant. This seemed odd but wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. The staff was friendly. The morning hostess at continental breakfast is a hoot! The noise was our main concern. The surrounding area is beautiful.

Our room was 609 and whatever was under us on the ground outside was unbelievably noisy at 7 am. It literally jolted me out of bed.

Really lovely hotel. Excellent room that was spacious and a very comfortable bed. Stayed off season for the area (September), but a real gem that gives good access to the national parks in the local area.

Our check in guy (Kevin) seemed very stressed. He was a nice guy, but could have used a second person helping him.

Rooms were very large. Extremely clean, breakfast was a lot more than a continental breakfast, and it was delicious. They have been so nice and it’s a beautiful hotel.

This property has seen better days! No coffee pot in room. Tiny pool and hot tub. After staying here I wouldn’t book it again.

My family dog enjoyed our stay, the room and bathroom was spacious and clean, convenient to Brian Head Peak and short drive to Cedar Breaks Monument overlooks and visitor center. The staff is friendly and helpful, only feedback would be to provide more information/direction at check-in time about the facilities, breakfast location, etc.

Check in went good. Our Tv did not work. They sent a text how to troubleshoot it. It still did not work so the moved our room across the hall. Room was adequate but never seemed to really cool off. No tissues or lotion was provided. They did have shampoo and conditioner and body wash. There wasn’t any cleaning unless requested. Which was ok but the shortage of towels and wash cloths were annoying. Staff was friendly. Couples stay.
