Nice place. Right by the train station.
Clean, comfortable, spacious. Good location.
Check in not straightforward. Had to phone then wait to be let in. Breakfast at a nearby cafe.
Despite the check in, overall I'm happy with the room and would stay again.

Dario was an excellent host. We had some flight delays and Dario waited for us and was very gracious and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located across from the railway station and near car rentals. You can also see the sea from the balcony. Excellent place to stay for a trip to beautiful Reggio.

Family owned B&B strategically located at the center of the city, in front of the sea and only a few metters from the Via Marina and the train station. Facilities are modest, but everything is new and clean and staff is very friendly. B&B has no restaurant, but partners with next door bar for breakfast.

It was a lovely place to stay; very clean and modern amenities and just across the road from the train station. As it was the end of February, it was cold, so a perfectly working air con was much appreciated.

The place is really nice, but not a classic b&b, it has no reception, so contact owners prior to let them know at the time of your arrival, otherway you won't be able to get inside the building.
Room and bathroom are nice, spacious and clean.
Breakfast is at Garibaldi Bar, where you can choose juice, coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. Don't expect cornflakes, eggs, bread or veggies - this is Italy with Italian breakfast which is served always with a big smile. ☺️
Location is good to discover the center of the city or to see other places, as the train station is just across the street. Car parking is 1€/hour weekdays, but you can find free spots 400m further.
If you pick seaview room, keep in mind it's partial only (see photo). The street can be a bit noisy, but not so disturbing - for us it was no problem at all.
Cleaning lady is doing her job very well, she is also very kind.
So, if you are looking for a nice place to discover Reggio, it will work. ☺️

We arrive by train at Reggio Calabria Central station and walked a block north, crossed the street and about 5-6 doors from the corner arrived at out Central House. The establishment is located a floor up and we rang the bottom buzzer and within moments we were met at the door by one of the two brothers who run Central House. Our room was a large double with an extra bed at the rear so it was extremely quiet. The room was bright, reading lights a comfy softer mattress, bar fridge with bottled water and a great bathroom with lots of towels. Breakfast in the morning was the usual bill of fare as we left the premises and had coffee and a croissant at the Garibaldi coffee shop about 40 metres away. There was a common kitchen area in the middle of the premises with tables and chairs so we brought food in on one evening as we were tired and ate at the hotel. The place is clean and the twin brothers who run the place were excellent hosts.
