I booked two double beds for my family with garden view to my surprise when they got there they were offered one double bed which they refused coz I told them what I booked . Then they were offered a room with two twin beds they had no choice but to take it since this hotel had no rooms with double beds but online through Expedia they have a nice and clear picture of a room that has double beds with a garden view . So my problem is I paid more for a room that was not even available yet my family stayed in a cheaper room . I called the hotel but nothing was done . Overall the hotel is just ok not booking in the future .

My stay was relaxing! The pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the food options at the Chatteres and Cool Beans cafe. Thank you Darlington, Shakespeare, Agile ,Simba and Tawanda for your wonderful service. My room was very clean thanks to Jane. The front desk staff was lovely. Thank you Takudzwa for working your magic to extend my reservation. Thanks to Rubi ,Melody and all.
I am grateful to the young lady who arranged my haircut. I look forward to staying again when I return to Harare.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel.
Very warmly welcomed by both Grace & Gamuchirai who are delightful.
I really enjoyed the restaurant area and the ability to have my breakfast outside beside the bubbling brook was just fantastic.
The food was exceptional and I particularly liked the banana yoghurt which I don't see very often in the UK.
My room was nice-quite basic that it had all the amenities that I could ask for. Importantly, it was secure and I felt safe. I was in room 137 and note that the lock from the inside was not working so that needs repairing.
Lovely shower and very nice shampoos etc
The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is pretty good
I would stay here again if I was staying for a short visit but might look for something more rustic such as a large if I was there for longer just so I could experience the African vibe.
The shuttle service was excellent
Thanks everyone

Spacious and clean, very quiet. I liked the old man who welcomed me and took me to my room, he was very nice and checkout he did the same. Food was nicely prepared but there was little variety- e.g. no chicken sausages at breakfast,

Check-in desk was chaos and it seemed this led to my check-in not getting fully complete or something as I had a staffer and another guest try to open my room door at 11pm at night and wake me up as I had bolted the door. Then as I was trying to get back to sleep, the front desk called me to confirm who was in the room as they clearly had no idea. That plus a loud dance party that went on until 10:30pm ensured there wasn't a restful nights sleep. The lack of proper check-in also explained why my wifi login with my room details wouldn't work.
Security on the rooms felt a bit sub-par. The balcony door lock was not the best and seemed loose. The room door at least had a bolt (which worked as I discovered).
The restaurant staff were nice but then we had issues trying to pay as they didn't want to take some of the US dollar bills that our party had claiming they couldn't accept those serial numbers or something. This is utterly baffling as the bills were valid US dollars and even on researching the Bank of Zimbabwe has an issued statement saying businesses shouldn't be refusing certain bills because they're too old or whatever. This ended up in lots of chaos trying to pay our bill when the card machine wouldn't work in the restaurant area as the signal from the front desk (where the router is) was not strong enough.
Overall, wouldn't really recommend unless you lacked other places to stay in Harare.

I have always booked into Cresta the past 3-4 winters. But I had to transfer this time because the standards have gone a bit. The bathroom roof and tub rim are mold-covered, internet drops every 15 mins, dysfunctional plugs and fans. Etc. etc. No disabled friendly facilities—the picture of this elder woman clambering up tge steps of the dining area and poolside was the last straw.

Overall the stay was great and staff very kind and helpful. I had two rooms reserved. There were some things that were not in working condition in the rooms - air conditioner/heating system in one room and the safe in the other room. The showers in both rooms had some Black grime that I hope the hotel pays attention to and intentional about clearing regularly.
I had to ask for a room change as one of the toilets had a broken flushing fixture. It would be good for the staff to verify that things are in good working condition before assigning rooms.

$24 breakfast was a joke. This breakfast wasn't worth $10. Their covid protocals meant checkin took 20min. I won't be coming back.

Beautiful grounds to walk around. Breakfast wasn't the best, some food items like potato wedges were dry.

Overall the hotel is a very high standard. The standard room I was given was rather small but completely comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The corridors are long and in usual hotels there would be a 4th or 5th floor for the amount of rooms.
The grounds were beautiful and the taxi service was very reasonably priced and ran 24/7 I believe.
Overall no issues staying here again if I were to return to Harare.
