Unbelievable value on half board basis. The buffet at breakfast and evening was of high quality with a large range of options. The staff are excellent. Room was side sea view and was good size and well maintained. I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. It is within a few feet of a beach and good transport links to places of interest

No parking was a pain. Chamber maids did not change drinking glasses. Patio covered in sand.

We hade a room at the 6th floor.
The room was nice and tidy, staff friendly and helpful.
Only problem i can mention, that the 6th floor not the best because of the sky bar on the 7th. You can week up morning for the cleaners moving chairs and at the night the music queit loud as well until 11.

The hotel is in a great location, we chose B & B rather than all inclusive and the breakfasts were good, always plenty of choice.
The staff were lovely. The pool is small which could cause a problem in peak season but it was fine while we were there.
The two issues we had were;
1. Aircon- outside of peak season there is no aircon in the rooms. The staff said it was because people complained it was too cold and it wasn’t needed. It was 25° during the day, aircon would be nice.
2. Soundproofing, or rather the lack of it. You could hear every sound from the corridor and other rooms, this was especially a problem when you had people getting up at 6 or 7am (a lot of the guests were older and most seemed to be early risers) doors slamming, showers running, etc.

Overall a nice stay, reception staff was very friendly on arrival and made sure we understand all the facilities from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool was quite basic so we didn't spend any time there but headed to the beach instead, which was convenient as the hotel is right next to it. However the check out did let down our overall experience as there was only one staff at the reception at the check out peak hours (11am), she had to manage guests inquiries, guests wanting exchange of pool towels, plus the numerous people in the queue waiting to check out ....

The room was filthy, they had plumbing issues that led to no water and the property is in a very desolate area.

It was a very pleasant stay. We got there pretty late and there was some life show, pretty loud but we didn’t hear anything in the room. The room was very comfortable and modern. Hotel is very close to the beach, if we are ever in the area will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very rude. Insulted my wife several times. We were very confused by the all inclusive aspect. If you are an English speaker, I would not recommend. Not English speaking friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean, very simple interior.
Unfortunately, the rooms were a lot smaller than expected and because we needed a baby cot it made the room even smaller and difficult to move around in.
Payment is required for the safe, there is no kettle or ironing equipment in the room, however the shower is nice and there is also a decent balcony with a drying rack for wet clothes.
Staff were all lovely and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything more than a half board.
I do feel the hotel lacks a bit of atmosphere and music in the reception/ bar area and pool would be beneficial. The pool may be a bit busy during peak season, I don’t think it is big enough for the number of people in the hotel.

Booked and paid in advance for 2x rooms with side sea view only to find out that one room had no sea view at all.
Asked reception to sort out only to be told to wait until day 3 and to pay extra 40 euros to change the room. The receptionist also said that if the room has 5 cm of sea view then the description was correct!
On top of that despite me asking a week before the stay to have the 2x rooms together the hotel didn’t arrange it - we were on the same floor but in two different corridors. If this was a small hotel you could understand, but given 7 floors and 118 rooms it just show that they couldn’t care less! Perhaps it was because we didn’t buy the all inclusive option.
“Deal” mis-sold for one of the rooms.

Issues with organizing child duvet/pillow, ac didn't worked in our room and after reporting it wasn't fixed. There was no housekeeping service on one of the days that we where staying. No one informed us about children play room on second floor, list is long but the major issue here is that reception staff is not speaking english and that was preventing us in correct communication resolving issues ....

Loved everything. But I understood that there was a heated indoor pool. Unfortunately this was closed permanently last year. Chose this hotel because of the pool so was disappointed.

We had a very nice visit to the area, I would recommend the hotel and surrounding region. We ate outside the hotel for dinners and we enjoyed the hearty breakfasts provided by hotel. ..the beach is very nice too. We took city bus from airport and that worked just fine. The street fair was great for ambiance and shopping, also many great eating establishments right by hotel. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, great bath shower gel provided in wall mount container.
