Great studio apartment, clean, safe and very comfortable. Conveniently located in the 9th arrondissement and walkable to most attractions like the Louvre, l’orangerie, sacré cœur.
The manager is amazing as he is helpful with information on everything and we felt very welcomed.
Would definitely stay here again!

The location is the best feature of this property, as it's on a quiet street within very close proximity to great nightlife and restaurants. The apartment was quite comfortable and provided a good amount of room for my family of four. The bathroom was my only gripe, as the shower had terrible water pressure and the temperature was very inconsistent. The sink was also tiny and did not afford enough space to wash your face or rinse after brushing your teeth due to the medicine cabinet getting in the way. However, the bed was very comfortable and my kids did not complain about the pull-out sofa, so that was a plus. Towels could also be refreshed as they were a bit musty. All in all, it was a comfortable stay during our trip to Paris for the Olympics and I'd recommend it if you have a family and need a bit more space than a regular hotel room.

The property was much smaller comparing with posted pictures. I would not recommend it with adult kids.

Great location! Close to so many good restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars, shopping and site seeing. Highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future and recommending to my friends and family. If I had to list a few things to consider - Shower in our bathroom was rather small, but had great water pressure. We had perfect weather so I can’t comment on how the heating and cooling was, we never used them, but the units seemed small. Not much else to be concerned with. It’s a quiet getaway from the bustling streets of Paris but it’s in a perfect location for night life and dining options.

Dreadful experience. Retrieving my hefty deposit was appalling. Thankfully, Hotels.com, agreeing with me, stepped in to reimburse me. This ordeal tarnished my holiday. Upon check-in: I had to pay the deposit before seeing the apartment or an inventory; I had to sign an agreement releasing 120% towards damage repairs. Upon returning to the UK, I enquired about my deposit but was informed it would take 4 days plus 3-5 days to clear. I expressed concern over the unreasonable delay and my request for a shorter refund timeframe was refused. This delay could potentially hinder guests, having already left the country. Prior to raising a dispute about the delay, I received no complaints of damage. Despite assurances from Resid Bergere (RB) and Hotels.com, I was advised to be patient. After the dispute, to my shock, RB accused me of a missing fridge shelf and cracked TV frame damaged from falling but was noticeably latent damage. Upon check-in, I reported a missing TV-remote battery cap which highlighted the potential for being accused of damage caused by others. If I were indeed responsible for causing damage, I would not have requested the full deposit back. I signed the deposit release agreement in good faith. RB exploit the agreement to retain deposits without allowing any chance to contest their unilateral decisions. Insist on an inventory, with photos of the fridge, dishwasher, perhaps the toilet. Sadly, the stress of such precautions detracts from the purpose of a holiday.

Our family of five had a great stay at Residence Bergere in March 2024. The two-bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and well kept. The pull-out couch was very nice and worked well for our oldest child. It is also conveniently located a short walk away from the Grands Boulevard metro station. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Paris.

Loved my stay. Well located and easy to navigate Paris from here. The studio is as advertised and is comfortable and spacious by Paris standards. Two minor issues. The first is the exterior of the building which is covered in scaffolding. Not the best curb appeal but that will change and when the scaffolding comes down it will be glorious. The other issue is not so easy to remedy. The noise in the stairwell. It’s as if people talking, playing and shouting are inside the apartment. Fortunately, it didn’t happen late at night. But if it did it would be intolerable. I doubt that anything can be done beyond asking other residents to be quiet in the common areas. Oh well.

We loved staying here! Amazing location with walking access to major attractions and metro access. Really appreciated having such a well equipped kitchen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved the pdf they offer with nearby shops, restaurants, Paris highlights, and maps. Hope to stay again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed making this our "home base" for our trip to Paris. We booked a studio apartment. Clean and reasonably spacious (rooms in Europe, by and large, are a little small, sort of like New York). The family that owns and runs this place is friendly and helpful.
The location (9th arrondissment) is really great. A metro station just around the corner will get you all over town. Very walkable, not a far walk from Montmarte.
This is a perfect place to situate oneself for a week or even longer on a visit to Paris. Very fun, vibrant neighborhood.
The property provides a guide to local restaurants - take their recommendations. They know what they're talking about, and there are a lot of really crappy bistros and bars around that you want to avoid.
Get reservations at Bistrot Rougement if you can. If you want to do your own shopping, nearby Rue Cadet has an entire block with boulangeries, patisseries, meat market, fish market, green grocer, traitteurs if you want to cook your own meal of just buy ready-made (delicious) food to dine in your room on.
We loved this place.
