They denied me my room. I booked it for two nights and I did not check in on the 1st night I booked the room because I paid for it in advance and didn't consider that a concern. Apparently if you don't check in on the day you pay for the room for whatever then you don't get the room! I came in late after a 14-hour day of work and was told by a middle-aged woman with way too much makeup who shouldn't have been wearing the clothes she was wearing that I wasn't in the computer not her problem talk to the people on the app and then she closed the window on me. All of this was said in a scornful mocking contemptuous voice with malicious glee! So if nothing else to do I went to my truck which was parked in front of the window where she could see it and as I searched the app and try to find a solution to my dilemma the whole time she gave me the evil eye from the other side of the window,frowning at me, as if I had somehow done something wrong! I wasn't able to get my money back that I had to sleep in my truck at the ampm parking lot.. that's the palms inn and suites experience! Also I should include the fact that somebody else came in and had a problem and when they raise their voice she called the police on them in the sheriff's arrested them. This happened right in front of me with no doubt as to how it went down. Like I said worst place ever!!

Not the place that I can say is a bang for your buck. It’s was super cheap but for a reason. You get what you pay for. Front desk ladies were quick to check in but not the friendliest people. It was 2 pm and they kicked me out of the lobby for me to be sent to the night window to complete my check in. The room was just “cleaned” and smelled like an ashtray and dirty to the point where I would not want to be in the room barefooted

Jacuzzi wasn’t working and dirty. Our non smoking room had tape over fire alarm and an ash tray and smelled like cigarettes. The bed was comfortable. No bugs. The stay was decent.

I was relaxing in the room when a man slid open the room window, pulled back the curtain, and tried to enter the room!!! I jumped up and confonted the man who quickly left. I called the front desk from my cell, since the room phone was not working. The clerk at the front desk told me not to worry, that, "once they know the room is occupied, they won't come back". It made me realize that this was a common occurrence here!!! He asked me to come downstairs and get a couple of window screw on locks. Several times people tried to knock or open my locked room door, and I did not feel safe or relaxed throughout the night!!! There were people drinking and smoking outside the rooms, and the vibe was super sketchy. The premises offers no microwave to warm up food, and the clerk pointed me to the Shell gas station next door, to try and warm up my leftovers. I would not stay here again!!!

My room had no smoke detector the TV didn't work there was holes in the doors there was a hole in the ceiling it was cockroaches big and small all over the place the refrigerator did work though there was cigarette stains and burns on all the furniture in the soap they give you is horrible I've gotten better soap and County Jail

Theresa or w.e her name is. Was a really rude lady. I stayed there over 4 different times and i had the pleasure of being helped by 2 other people. They were extremely nice and professional, but Theresa both times i had her... Both times i had horrible customer services. Never again am i going there.

There was no ice in the ice machine. The people were loud at all times of the night. The floor in the room was filthy! There was a leak coming from the back of the toilet. Bugs crawling on the bathroom floor at night. The mini fridge did not work.

First the key didnt work. The door just kept beeping. Elevator broken. 3rd floor had to walk up the stairs 3 times until finally i was given a room on the 1st floor. Which was a handicap room. Bugs on the wall and on the fridge. Room was gross bathroom was nasty. It had a shower chair which would've been nice if needed but it was dirty and disgusting. Very scary motel. People walking around all hours that aremt guests. Even the front desk is protected from the guest or thebones hanging around. Ice machine had maggots. So nasty and the staff is rude. Especially the big lady and the man. The lady at night was nice. Even housekeeping was rude. The windows are nailed shut, huge fire hazard.

Drug use all outside of your room. Dirty outside, run down inside. No microwave, only thing i appreciate is the ice machine. They have 3 stories of rooms that need to be desperately updated. Homeless people roam the property all hours

Property was a little run down but expected for the price point. The bathroom was flooded with water, unsure if it was from cleaning the bathroom or what. Staff checking me in wasn’t bad, and there were some restaurants and stores nearby and a gas station right next door for convenience

No microwave so I didn’t understand why there was a mini fridge when you can’t warm up any food. Advertised WiFi but it did not work my whole stay of 5 nights. Loud outside from morning til late night. Homeless people roaming around, one ice machine for everyone. Rude staff who are short with you and very limited English speakers
