Thank You for considering our trailer. First thing I would like to note is that this is a DELIVERY ONLY rental. We don’t allow renters to tow our trailer. We do, however accommodate our renters by allowing a long day before check out and we are available if any concerns or operational issues. It’s really a hassle free option for everyone because even Dad deserves to just walk into something already set up and leveled! Now all he has to do is step inside and get cozy!! So don’t worry about renting or borrowing a truck! We do all that! You just worry about meeting us at your desired spot and we will meet you there and give a complete tour with instructions. We will leave after that and be there to pick it up on your check out date. I added a little bonus in this and that is the flexibility with check out time. I put 3 because I had to choose something but unless specified, we don’t care what time you leave on check out day! Just let us know ahead of time so we aren’t on our way by time you contact us. ! What makes us unique is we believe in being personable and making our guests feel completely comfortable, we are 420 friendly but we don’t allow any smoking inside besides vape. Wee leave each guest a welcoming gift and offer a sample butter for those who enjoy edible’s! We offer a topical for pain for those who inquire. We make ourselves available 24 hours the days you have our trailer. About the trailer; We have 3 beds which includes one queen, dining table converts into a double bed and our couch pulls out becoming a full size bed as well and there are two separate doors, one for master bedroom other is the main door. We have a fireplace, hidden storage area, outdoor shower, bbq pit (mini) an outdoor grill, electric skillet, dishes, pots and pans. This trailer is completely stocked with many amenities like an instant pot, a blender, a kitchen aid mixer! Option of leaving the pantry semi stocked. I have spices and seasonings, dishes including cheese grater, chopper, toaster, kurig Duo, brand new upgraded memory foam mattress, dish soap, cleaners, disinfectants, sanitizer, broom, mop, dustpan. Many options available as far as amenities go.
