There are no Weddings, Events or Parties allowed at any time.
No Music allowed Outdoors at any time. This is also a Sonoma County Ordinance for all vacation rentals.
**Separate Entrance for Downstairs**
Living Room 2, Bedroom 5, and Full Bathroom 3 are accessed via a separate entrance. It can be accessed via the front and rear of the home. Creating a completely private space.
**Noise Monitoring Disclosure:**
Please be advised that for the safety and comfort of all our guests, this property is equipped with noise monitoring devices. These devices are used to detect noise levels and ensure that they remain within acceptable limits, helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Please note that the devices do not record conversations; they are only used to monitor noise levels. By booking a stay at our property, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these monitoring devices.
**Doorbell Camera Disclosure**
For your safety and security, we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance of our property. This camera is used solely to monitor the front door and does not capture any other areas of the property. It is equipped with night vision and motion detection.
**For Guests that can't Instant Book or all Guests seeking as 1 night stay Additional Security Screening and Mandatory Damage Waiver- MANDATORY $50 FEE. **
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement, stating that they agree:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions;
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in;
- to pay non-refundable damage waiver of $50 via your final bill, which will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay with in limits and be tacked on to your final bill.

The max occupancy is 12 but fits 10 best.
Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee. Please notify your host to arrange it.
For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. It's complimentary and our team will get in touch with you during your stay to coordinate it with you.
The pool can be heated for an extra charge that must be requested and paid 36 hours before your check-in date, as it takes time to fully heat the pool. The charge to heat the pool is $75/day (2 consecutive days minimum) and for 7 days or longer, there's a discounted rate of $65/day.
Mail service is not provided at this location. While packages can be delivered to your doorstep, access to the mailbox is not available.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- NEVER TAKE OUT, TURN OFF, OR UNPLUG the pool vacuum (white hose) inside the pool. If found off, disconnected, or removed from the pool, there is a fine of $800.
SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZI SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE:
1. Supervision is key to preventing drowning accidents: never leave children unsupervised in the pool or jacuzzi or in the pool or jacuzzi area - not even for a second!
2. Make sure someone is always watching children around the pool or jacuzzi. Do not rely on barriers to keep children from reaching the pool or jacuzzi. No barrier is childproof. Barriers only slow a child's access to the pool or jacuzzi.
3. In case of an emergency: act immediately.
4. Shout for help.
5. Pull the child out of the water.
6. Stay with the child and dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help.
7. Check the airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained).

We stayed here for a company offsite for our small startup. The property was perfect for a mix of company culture building activities and fun. There is plenty of space, a large living room with a TV for easy screensharing, and the pool was great. I would highly recommend this stay!
