This Century Home, nestled on over one-acre of land in Vermilion’s Historic District, welcomes you with its charm and character. Although believed to be built in the 1880’s, boasting original plank floors, original woodwork, doors, and hardware, this home also offers modern conveniences. Comforts such as central A/C, free Wi-Fi, a whole-home generator, updated electric, an open floorplan, large rooms, and a second-floor laundry make this old house feel new. 3 bedrooms. 2 full baths. Large, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Enjoy beautiful views of the one-acre yard from the screened sunroom off the kitchen. The cozy private side porch, off dining room, is perfect for your afternoon tea. Relax on the inviting front wrap-around porch as you sit and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. The South Street Boat Launch is just down the street, so bring your lake toys! In the evening, walk to Main Street, grab a bite to eat, and watch the sunset over Lake Erie.

This is a wonderful property with everything you could need. The house is beautiful, clean and stocked with all your needs. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and fire ring with chairs. We all were beyond pleased and would absolutely stay here again.

Recommend this property - is a charming old house and Vermillion is a cute lake town. The house is a short walk to the lake and downtown. Excellent stay.
