Magnificent villa completely renovated with 4 bedrooms offering very nice services. It will seduce you with its modern decoration, its brightness, and its ideal location for holidays with friends or family. The view from the villa overlooks the BlueGreen Golf of Sainte-Maxime. Furnished with quality materials, this villa consists of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. Access to the city center is in a few minutes by car without the risk of traffic jams.

- Beautiful living room with access to the outside, divided into 3 spaces: living room with a sofa, large screen TV, home cinema and large window overlooking the hill in front, the dining area and the American kitchen very well equipped (fridge, freezer, semi-pro gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, various crockery)
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Separate toilets
R-1 : (a few steps from the living room)
- Air-conditioned master suite: double bed 180x200 with lots of storage, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and double vanity
- Several accesses to the terraces
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned : Double bed 160x200 with wardrobes

Reception and key delivery times:
Monday to Friday between 15h00 and 18h00 maximum.
Saturdays (July - August) between 16h00 and 18h00 maximum.
Sunday and public holidays (except Saturday): self-check-in from 3pm (key box, details specified after booking)
If you wish to arrive out of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.
Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):
- Heating pool: 200€/week ***
- Double bed linen set: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed linen set : 20€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Simple towels set (1 large + 1 small bath towels): 15€/person/stay
- Complete towels set (simple towels set + 1 beach towel): 20€/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): 30 € for the first item + 10 €/additional item, to choose between :
Bed + mattress/bathtub/stroller cane/dining chair/pot/changing mat
*** Heating of the pool only possible from June to September depending on weather conditions. We could refuse the heating of the pool at any time before your arrival if we believe that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be completely due. Any last minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur an extra charge of €50. Please contact us for any further information.

- Security deposit: €2000 by credit card only
- *Tourist tax: 7.2% of the total amount excluding tax (within the limit of 6.05€ per night and per person over 18 years).
