The main level features a primary bedroom with king bed, 65" Ultra HDR 4K Smart TV, and en-suite bath, as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds and trundle. The upstairs suite includes a king bed, desk, and en-suite bath, with stunning water and preserve views from the loft area.
Additional amenities include ultra high-speed 1GB fiber internet, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, and outdoor dining options. A large screened porch with a gas grill complements the ground-level dining area surrounded by lush landscaping.

Please note: Minimum 28-day rental, no smoking or pets. The boat lift is reserved for owner use. The spiral staircase has a 300lb weight limit and may not be suitable for all guests.
