After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub, which is shared with other tenants in the condo. This serene outdoor area is ideal for making the most of your stay and soaking up the beautiful waterfront atmosphere. Note that this is shared with renters from other units.

- Garage is shared to renters in Unit B & A. As a guest in UNIT C, you will have 1 parking spot in the garage.
- Larger vehicles will not fit in the garage and will need to park in the free city parking lot on El Carmel St
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis

☀ Kid-friendly: A pack n play is available in the unit for your little one.

☀ We have 3 units in this condominium. You will be staying at Unit C in this property with shared patio, gas grill and hot tub to other renters at the lower level. 1 garage parking space per unit renter.

☀ This condo features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the side of the property facing out towards the alleyway, 1 camera is located on the back of the property facing out towards the patio, and 1 camera is located on the back of the garage facing the garage. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record video and will be on during your stay

☀ We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 11 people.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am, hot tub hours closing at 9 in respect to the neighbors. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

10) No glass bottles near hot tub. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in hot tub. Please rinse off prior to using. Additional cleaning fees will apply if hot tub requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.


Any violations of the house rules are subject to a minimum $500 fine with Host’s rights to cancel reservation and immediate removal from property with no refund.

*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.

Guest give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
