• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

The iconic Sea Gull Motel was purchased a few years ago and completely renovated by a local family in a stunning, 1930’s vintage mission/Santa Barbara style. The motel consists of 3 separate units, 2 of the units are one bedroom with either 1 or 2 baths and can accommodate 4 or 5 guests depending on the unit. The main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate 8 adults or 9 with children. You’ll be delighted with the finish and attention put into this property, which is just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Cayucos and is the perfect spot for your vacation. For larger groups all three units can be rented to accommodate up to 18 with children. This property has earned dozens of 5 star reviews and the management has been recently handed over to a local property manager so the family can focus on other projects. The home has an open floor plan with a great dining area and chef’s kitchen that includes high-end appliances and cookware to prepare family meals. The home is beautifully appointed and enjoys peekaboo ocean and pier views. It’s a short walk to everything fun in Cayucos, nearly downtown! The beach, stores and restaurants are all just a stones throw away- Live like a local at Casa Cayucos! The home includes 1 dedicated parking space on site and street parking is available.
