About this house rental
Located in the heart of Wadebridge, St Michael's Cottage is a lovely two bedroom end of terrace cottage oozing character and charm. The property is just a couple of minutes walk away from the high street with an array of independent shops, restaurants and cafes for your enjoyment.

From the lane the small entrance porch offers space for coats & shoes.
The cosy living room has comfy seating, TV and fireplace with wood burner.
The smart kitchen/diner has table and seating for up to five guests. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, gas cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. From the kitchen there is access out to the small garden at the rear.
Painted, wooden stairs take you up to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed whilst the second bedroom has three 3ft single beds. Both bedrooms are carpeted with ample hanging and drawer space between them.
The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Need to know...
There is a little, sunny garden to the rear with chairs and a small outhouse for storage.
This property is heated (out of season) by gas central heating.
Whilst there is no private parking for the cottage, there are a choice of short and long stay car parks close by. Council owned Goldsworthy Way Car Park (short stay) is just at the end of the lane and Piggy Lane car park a little further on behind the fire station is a long stay car park.

Wadebridge is a perfect base for exploring this part of the county and is located on the lovely River Camel. In Wadebridge you will find a two screen cinema, leisure centre, large open park with play area and tennis courts as well as the famous Camel Trail to Padstow and Bodmin, on your doorstep.
Just a short drive from Wadebridge are the glorious beaches at Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay, the latter two beaches being dog friendly. In the opposite direction and just 8 miles from Wadebridge is Padstow with its pretty harbour and quirky shops. Padstow is also home to some of the county's terrific 'foodie' restaurants owned by the likes of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. A passenger ferry from Padstow operates to the picturesque village of Rock.
