This spacious, super luxury, and expertly interior designed and upgraded Sky Villa boasts panoramic sea views, a jacuzzi, two bars and a super size terrace. It is located in the fantastic Oceana Resort, which boasts full 5* hotel amenities; a lazy river, an infinity pool, a beautiful private beach, a kids pool and play area, a state of the art gym, and several restaurants onsite. The Sky Villa comes complete with daily housekeeping service from our 5 star hotel trained housekeeping team.
The Space:
The primary suites (2 x king and 1 x twin queen suites) benefit from beautiful en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, panoramic sea views, balconies, and the latest Smart TVs. There is also a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and en- suite, and also a sofa bed located in the Master Suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine, serving plates, oven, plates and a lot more.

- Private parking garage for 2 cars directly next to the lift to the Sky Villa.
- Various swimming pools - Infinity pool, lazy river and kids lazy river (free for up to 6 adults and 6 children below 18 years, access for additional adults can be purchased for a small fee).

Oceana Residences is situated on the incredible Palm Jumeirah. Guests can enjoy full resort access and 5 star hotel amenities - with a huge infinity pool with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, even a lazy river, and ofcourse a stunning beach. The property also offers a state-of-the-art gym with advanced equipment. Guests can dine at the various restaurants around this fantastic resort. Oceana is incredibly well located on the Palm Jumeirah and is across the road from the fantastic Nakheel mall and Golden Mile, plus the brilliant West Beach area is also just next door.
