This rental is not Luxurious. They need to list this as Newly Remodeled Home. When we first arrived to the rental. The police was flying up and down the street chasing someone on a dirt bike. When we entered the home everything looked like the picture. However, for this to be a new listing. The area rug in the leaving room, carpet on the steps and carpet in the 2nd bedroom were filthy. The steps leading to the 3rd fl had a nail sticking up out the carpet. The fireplace on the wall in the living room doesn’t work. There’s know where to hang your towel or wash clothes in the bathroom on the 2nd fl. It would be nice if there were nightstands with a lamp on them in the bedrooms. I also killed a roach crawling on the wall going up to the 3rd fl. I called the host and he told me there was bug spray under the sink I can spray. Woo…this was a lot going on with this rental. Hopefully, they can fix these issues in the house.

We were very disappointed with this property, mostly the location. It was basically a fixed up townhome in a very run-down neighborhood. We did not feel comfortable walking anywhere, especially after dark. The inside was mostly clean with the exception of hair in some of the showers and stains on some of the comforters and pillowcases. You could tell the home had been remodeled, but I definitely would not describe it as “luxurious”. There were multiple dark stains on some of the carpets and a few dents in the walls. We also had issues getting the main TV in the living room to work, the electric fireplace did not work, we lost internet service twice, and we had no hot water. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms on the top floor were too hot to sleep in. The owner was friendly and did make himself available when I called about the hot water. He was able to get the hot water restored the following evening, but we had already left.
