Experience Southern California Glamour at its finest with this Palm Springs oasis, nestled alongside the Legend Course's Hole 3. Gated for ultimate privacy, the sprawling backyard is a haven of relaxation and fun. Dive into the saltwater pool, unwind in the waterfall spa, or cozy up by the firepit under the stars.

At the opposite end awaits the 19th Hole Lodge, a spacious Casita complete with a pool table, flatscreen TV, and plush sleeping options. Step outside to your private living pavilion and alfresco dining area for laid-back evenings with friends and family.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The gourmet kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator and a gas stove. The kitchen island accommodates three guests, while the dining table comfortably seats eight. Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped with nearly everything you could possibly need during your stay. From essential dining and cooking items like plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware to cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can openers, wine openers, measuring spoons, and more, we've got you covered.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES:
The highlight of this stunning compound is the luxury backyard paradise, bordered by large privacy hedges and landscape lighting. Take a dip in the pool and spa, or soak up the sun on loungers. Host a cookout on the expansive patio, complete with a gas grill, outdoor table, and additional outdoor seating.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is at 4PM local time and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for an additional fee per request (please request ahead of time), this cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our home is pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $175. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Home has a keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a “code” for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home. You will only meet our Property Manager for the Meet & Greet.

DO WE NEED TO MEET MANAGMENT AT THE HOUSE?
Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
Our home features private salt water pools and spas! If you would like the pool to be heated, you may request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night. *** Pool heat must be requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival time.*** The pool will not be heated during the summer months. There is no fee to heat the spa, recommend temperature is between 100-102.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, some spices, appliances and much more. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high-speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, we do get our house sprayed monthly, but there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

No refunds will be given for anything if something is mentioned after guest checks out.

There are important city Ordinances that must be followed regarding noise, parking, occupancy. In order to avoid any disruption during your stay please make sure you follow the guidelines listed.

- It is important to understand that many of our neighbors strictly abide by the city rules regarding noise and music coming from any vacation rental property. There can be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE heard from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. If music or excessive noise can be heard from outside the home, vacation renters may incur a fine of up to $1000 or greater, and you will be evicted from the home by WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals INC Management without refund. These rules apply to accessive yelling and screaming as well, so please be mindful of outdoor play (especially in the pool) that might disturb others. Please be respectful of our neighborhood we just want you to enjoy your time without any problems.
