The position was good, not far from the town centre, however, it had bus stop outside, if you didnt want to tackle the stairs. The room was spacious, cleaned every day, and a daily breakfast, which was nice. There was a lovely, large patio overlooking Positano, so the view was great. They had a small kitchenette, fridge tiny, no freezer, you could barely fit anything in it, so if you wanted to cook, it was a tad difficult.
Kitchen utensils, were at a bare minimum, with no condiments. If you are travelling for a few weeks, it is nice to able to have the option to cook. The staff were very attentive.

We had a large room with a terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing. It was brought in the morning and placed on your table on the terrace. Andrea, the host, was so willing to accommodate us in every way. We loved our stay here.

The property comprises of a large, comfortable, airy room with an ensuite shower room and a modest kitchenette. There is a wonderful large terrace with good views of Positano. An excellent breakfast is served on the terrace daily. It is an easy (downhill) walk to the town centre but a rather tougher one back up to Maison Liparlati - approximately 250 steps, I think.

The staff at Maison Liparlati were amazing. Andrea was there to assist upon check in and contacted us well before arrival. The area was close to the main center. The breakfast was amazing and included an omelet, fresh prosciutto, salami, fresh pastries, fruit, pancakes, waffles, and much more. Cannot say enough good things about this property! Definitely a 10/10!!

The bedroom was excellent. High ceilings, spacious, nice decor and well appointed.
Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful.
Bathroom was disappointing with an extremely tiny shower and luke warm water. Bath towels were paper thin and rough to use.
No kettle or tea/coffee amenities provided despite a kitchenette in the room.
We had the lead in room so no sea view but lovely views of the district and mountains.
Property is a 15 minute walk to the shopping area in Positano and like all of this amazing village, loads of steps and narrow roads.
Lastly two large & steep flight of stairs to the property so carrying luggage up was challenging.
Overall a pleasant stay.

I loved everything about my stay at this property. Tiziana, Andrea were available to help whenever i had a question. Rosy served us a great breakfast every morning, and our room was cleaned every day. We will definitely return to Masionn Liparlati on our next trip to Positano.

We had a fantastic stay; the owner/check-in was very friendly and helped us with site visits and dinner reservations. It made us feel welcomed and very hospitable.
Our room host was very accommodating; she arranged our breakfast when we were ready, which was the best breakfast we had on the whole trip. Our Marmalade selection was so incredible we found the local vendor and had some sent home for us.
We would return to this B&B.

Staff were excellent in assistance. The location was the only down side although most properties have the same problem. Overall I was happy with the stay.

First I would like start off with the positives
Great customer service. They bring u breakfast in the morning and a good selection of items.
Local bus goes there and stop Is at the door step.
Room is big
Bathroom is big
Room is clean
Negatives
1 the bathroom sink- the water backs up. So it takes almost 20 minutes to go down
2 the bottom of the toilet has some type of disgusting stain
3 the towels need an upgrade for sure
4 despite the bathroom being big there is no bent so the bathroom is a bit smelly and humid also the shower is very small
5 television is like a 12 inch monitor
This isn’t a five star property or even a 4 star. It’s a 3 star.

The property was amazing overall and the best bang for your buck! Positano in general is very expensive compared to Sorrento, Rome, Florence and even Milan (at times). Tiziana was amazing and very accommodating to my Wife & I. She answered all my questions and showed us where to go step by step.
Views were nice; there is a hiking trail near by and it is 6-7 mins away walking from the touristy area. It's nice to be in a secluded area but minutes away from all the action. If you do plan on staying and want some privacy, this is the place to book. If you want to be with all the hype, noise, and young kids running around, then book something close to the beach!

Great stay with an excellent host and staff. Beautiful room, with a large terrace looking over the city (terraces are different sizes but I think ours was the largest). Requires some walking to get down into the main square but you can walk in about 10 min, and take a local bus back up. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Positano!

Maison Liparlati is a small, well run and conveniently located B&B in beautiful Positano. We were there for six nights, arriving just before my son’s wedding. Tiziana was very helpful in pointing us to key facilities nearby e.g. good restaurants, mini market, and the bus stop (30 metres away) that takes you pretty much anywhere in Positano and the Amalfi Coast. She also helped me identify a salon to do my hair and makeup for the wedding (Michele Calabrese).
We stayed in room 2 which was spacious and had its own kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the blackout shutters were superb. We slept like babies!
Daily breakfast comprised eggs, waffles or pancakes, croissants, pastries, yoghurt, fruit juice and much more. It was delicious!! We asked and received a large pot of coffee that was a much welcome start to the day.
Each morning, breakfast was prepared by Giovana, who also cleaned the room every day. She was very helpful and lovely to deal with. She organised an iron and an ironing board, and ensured the room was spotless the day of my son’s wedding. My son came over to our room to get ready, and Tiziana made sure the photographer (Riccardo Cigno who is simply superb!!) felt welcome and supported in doing the photo shoot.
The night before we left, Tiziana sorted out our transfer back to Naples and gave us a beautiful print of Positano, which was very sweet indeed!
Thanks Tiziana & Giovana for your wonderful hospitality.

There are so many reasons to love this property! As soon as I booked the reservation, there was a nice email from the owner Tiziana offering to help with any transportation to and from the hotel. Upon checking in (we were early and the room was available!). Tiziana came to our room to provide an overview of the town and set us up with the best table at DaCostantino for our final nights dinner which was superb in it's simple food and amazing view. The morning breakfast served daily on our private terrace was wonderful. Her team, especially Giovanna were so accommodating. Lots of steps up to the property & Giovanna nicely helped us bring up our luggage. Upon departure we received a lovely print of Positano with a thank you note from Tiziana wishing us a safe journey home. The room was clean and exactly as pictured on the website. Exceeded all expectations and the perfect way to end a two week stay in Italy. Highly recommend!

After a hectic few days in Rome, Positano was a nice relaxed break and our stay at this small yet cosy hotel fit the bill perfectly. Set back from the main tourist area in Lilparlati, it was an easy walk to the main township and beached which allowed for a bit of exploring. The views, although offset, were from an elevated position towards the western (and more picturesque) side of Positano. Our hosts helped us arrange transport to and from Naples for which we were met at the central station and driven in a comfortable vehicle which allowed us to stop along the way at Pompeii with free time which was fantastic. Breakfast is included and is served on the balcony each morning at a time of our choosing which really started our day on a high note. Our hiccup getting back to Naples was promptly rectified by our hosts and you feel well looked after whilst staying here....the host (Titziana) was always contactable for ideas and advice - her suggestions for our sightseeing were helpful with local knowledge but never pushy. A great stay, even for a family (the mainstay of their clientele appears to be couples!).

Tiziana, the owner of the Hotel greeted us warmly and made lots of great recommendations for food and sightseeing. She booked the restaurants and transport with great efficiency. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. You have to walk on the main road with some blind turns and quite fast traffic to get into town, so you need to be careful if you have kids. Great rooms, very personal and friendly service. Would definately come back. Thank you Tiziana!
