Stunning nineteenth-century farmhouse of the ancient Gallelli agricultural estate
Located at the foot of the famous Pietranera Castle which dominates the surrounding countryside, halfway between the sea and the famous town of Badolato (second most beautiful village in Italy in 2024).
Immersed in the silence of the centuries-old olive groves of the ancient family business, framed by the blue of the Ionian Sea, the farmhouse is the ideal location for a carefree and relaxing holiday.

Stunning nineteenth-century farmhouse, originally used as an oil mill, recently renovated and transformed into an elegant country/seaside residence, furnished in an equestrian theme. Located in the Gallelli agricultural estate next to the famous Castello di Pietra Nera, a precious piece of neo-Gothic architecture.
Halfway between the sea and the renowned town of Badolato (second most beautiful village in Italy for the year 2024).
Surrounded by greenery with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, mostly cultivated with olive groves with the blue sea as a backdrop (only 1 km away).
Lots of space, many services: 6 double bedrooms to which 2 additional beds can be added on request for a total of 14 beds, 6 bathrooms, large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, huge 200m2 fully glazed dining room, to enjoy the surrounding view ; large garden with large private parking.
The garden has a barbecue and a professional wood-burning oven.
In the large living room with many tables for dining, in addition to the relaxation area with fireplace, TV and sofas, there is a games corner with billiards, table football and ping pong.
Made with traditional Calabrian masonry mixed with rigorously exposed stone and brick, and recently renovated, this farmhouse is a wonderful piece of Calabrian history.
The wonderful sea with crystal clear waters and kilometers and kilometers of beach available make it the ideal place for a pleasant beach holiday in Calabria, a region of immense natural beauty and historical assets of great interest waiting to be discovered.
You can use it as a base for your trips throughout the region or relax and with short trips of 15 to 30 minutes enjoy all the comforts offered in the surrounding area (we are less than 20 minutes from the famous town of Soverato which offers many shops, restaurants and clubs for those who just want to have fun).

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
The rental cost does not include the consumption of utilities which must be paid separately based on actual consumption by reading the input and output meters and applying the following rates:
- Electricity consumption equal to €0.70 per kW consumed (calculated based on meter readings at check-in and check-out)
- Water consumption equal to €4 per cubic meter consumed (calculated based on meter readings at check-in and check-out)
- Gas= €25 flat rate cylinder cost
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Final cleaning fee €100 (increase €80 in case of pets).
- €18 for linen change (sheets and 3 towels per bed) only upon customer request
BOOKING RULES
In August the minimum bookable period is 10 days. It is not possible to rent only the central 2 weeks of August which can only be rented in combination with the top or tail week of the month
