Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in one of Worcester's most desirable neighborhoods.
Nestled in the back of a main house away from the street, this 1600 sq foot, newly remodeled house is perfect for individuals or families seeking a central city location with a quiet place to return home.
2023 updates include new kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, new bathroom flooring and Central A/C & Heating system.
Off street parking for 2 cars.
Available for short term or extended stays.
The first floor has a spacious living room with large flat screen TV, kitchen and dining room.
Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The main bedroom has a king bed and attached private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.
Guest will have access to a covered porch (un heated) and large back yard.
The fireplace is not to be used by tenants or guests.
Guests cannot instant book this property. Each reservation request will be reviewed and stays over 29 nights will require a rental application and month to month lease agreement.

No burning candles or incense
Do not tamper with or disable any of the safety or security devices in the unit or on the property
Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
No exception to check in and check out time
Photo ID may be required upon check-in
Host may require names and identification for all guest on property and in condo.
Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $300- $500 for smoking, pets or parties / unauthorized guests.
This property has outdoor camera at the main entrance and noise monitoring devices. Number of guests and noise level will be monitored. Any noise level resulting in complaint, or occupancy by unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and forfeit of security deposit.
