Prepare to be amazed as you enter this unique, newly built townhome. Our guests repeatedly comment that they did not expect the property to be as large and spacious as it is. No expense was spared! At nearly 2500 square feet, the property feels as large as a single-family home.
We designed this property to be fun! Featuring a full-size pinball machine (quarters required) and a mini-foosball table, you are sure to be entertained! We call it Retro Pop as it's full of fun colors and unique Mid-Century Modern pieces. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do!
There are stairs! The property is 3 levels and is accessed by wide carpeted stairs to each level.
This property was uniquely designed to take advantage of the Cathedral and city lights views, with the main living space on the top floor. The open concept features a spacious chef's kitchen, kitchen island seating for 4, and a dining table with seating for 6 (total of 10!). The living area is perfect for cozying up by the gas fireplace. And there is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.
The bedroom level features comfy, carpeted bedrooms with super comfy beds and bedding. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet and modern tiled shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each features queen-sized beds and share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub.
Enjoy the privacy and convenience of a 2 car garage.
The property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.
