The guests understand that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT THE SWIMMING POOL, that everyone is SWIMMING AT THEIR OWN RISK. The guests ASSUMES THE RISK, for everyone part of the group, of using the Swimming Pool without a lifeguard.
