I only had a short stay.
This accommodation suited my needs and my budget.
I would definitely stay again, close to the inner city, yet quiet.
Thankyou!

The photos look flash but it is old. Shower curtain does not stop water from getting all over bathroom floor. Table wobbles. Room was warm. The unit is called Luxury but it certainly is not. Overpriced for what it is.

Knowone at the front desk and wouldnt answer the phone. Rooms were dirty and had black mould in bathrooms. No towels. Asked to move rooms and the second room was worse. Asked for a refund with owner and Expedia and no reply from either. Will not use either again.

As soon as the door opened you could smell the room, carpet was, filthy, reading light for main bed didnt work, dirty spots on valance, wall behind end of bed dirty, NO SMOKE DETECTOR, easy chair dirty, only 1 plug on oven worked, only 1 small pot amd 1 small pan for cooking, manager left without giving wifi instructions and we are still looking for the garden. Worst place we have ever stayed in. The sheets, pillowcases, towel etc were brilliantly clean and crisp Thought it was compulsory to have smoke detectors

Clean and tidy but dated. Be aware of the surcharges for pet dog and the credit card. Extremely loud and frightening clients. Will not stay again.

No sky TV and he "lied about technical difficulties "when asked - the Sky TV sign was still up at the entrance. Questionable other people staying there ( longer term >? )

The manager/owner was very nice, warm and welcoming, predominantly the place was clean however the top bedding was quite dirty with unwashed stains and “many hairs” on the top and second layer of bedding. There was also an unpleasant strong smoky smell throughout the room when the bathroom heater ventilation was turned on which remained. Additionally, there was no light in the bathroom (bulb blown I suspect) and no bathmat. It was really the bedding that was “disturbing”. Positives were the friendliness of the owner/manger and the close location to town.

I was welcomed warmly, and even given some very useful tips on local area sightseeing. My accomodation was comfortable, clean, with a good bed to sleep in. The room had everything one would need. Breakfast items were brought to me the evening before, so I could do my own thing in the morning. This motel is extremely good value for money, and well located to get around town. There are parking spaces outside the rooms.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. Although furnishings seemed a bit old and faded, they were clean and comfortable. The overall space was well organized with a sitting, eating, and sleeping areas, kitchenette, and bathroom. A couple of suggestions:
1. Please provide a better quality coffee even if it's just a good instant. The brand you used had a decent tea but not coffee (brew or instant).
2. The huge windows on the door and in the bathroom prevented privacy even though they contained "privacy" glass. Please put some sort of curtain or other covering over them, which can be drawn closed as necessary.
Thank you for a pleasant stay!
