Chic apartment on the upper floor in a prime location directly on the fine sandy, child-friendly beach and the Laboe beach promenade. From here and from your balcony with seating you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kiel Fjord, the ships, yachts, ferries and sailing boats passing by. The center can be reached in a few minutes. Here you will be warmly welcomed personally at the reception of the apartment house. The apartment received a new and well-equipped kitchen in winter 2024, so nothing stands in the way of preparing a delicious meal. The living and dining area are inviting and comfortably furnished and there are 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The Baltic Sea resort is located directly at the exit of the Kiel Fjord, one of the busiest waterways in the world. Laboe is also known as “The sunny side of the Kiel Fjord”. The harbor is one of the most beautiful in the Kiel Fjord. The hinterland is characterized by fields, forests, meadows and lakes - the historical landscape of the provost.
