Residenza la Pietra is located on the ground floor (3 steps) of a building in Pietrasanta, just 4 km from the beach. The apartment is set on one single level, and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.
The property is made up of a spacious open-space living area with double sofa bed, tv and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, and dining table for 6 people.
The living room leads directly to a small terrace with breakfast table and chairs.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin bedroom.
Lastly you will find a toilet and a bathroom with shower.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
