It is furnished with brand new furniture, bedding, kitchenware, new LCD TVs in living room. Attached 2 Car Garage. super convenient for family with kids.

Master bedroom en suite: King size bed with two night stands and big walk-in closet. (The master bathroom tub has been re-faced, but the coating is a little bit peeled off. You may find stains on the bathtub. Those are not removable by any kind of chemicals, But has been cleaned and sanitized very time before guest check-in).
2 Queen bedrooms: Queen size bed with one nights stand.
Kitchen: fully stocked with kitchenware. Eg: microwave. Double-door refrigerator with ice-make function. Rice cooker. Electric Kettle
Dining area: dining table with 6 chairs
Laundry room: washer, dryer.
Parking: attached two car garage and free guest parking at day time right in front of house.
