5 Bittern Street is steps from Coligny Plaza and a 4-minute walk to the beach! This single-level home is fully renovated and features beautiful landscaping in North Forest Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the open floor plan makes entertaining easy. Guests can gather around the smart TV in the living room or enjoy meals in the dining room overlooking the backyard. A screened-in patio offers an additional seating area and access to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Down the hall, a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower is available for two bedrooms to use. Bedroom 1 and 2 both feature 2 queen-size beds and smart TVs. Bedroom 3 features a king-size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This home was recently fully renovated with comfort and luxury in mind.
