This place was clean and the host was very responsive. It was very spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Perfect neighborhood for a walk with family. Beds were very comfortable. Had all amenities we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Well stocked with everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We had A wonderful time and would recommend this place to others.

Property is exactly as advertised. The 3 king beds were very comfortable, linens and pillow could be better, getting a bit tired. Living room furniture was comfortable but used hard and stained. AC worked great! Host Emilie was so easy to work with and accommodating.

Everything was as represented. The host responded quickly and I look forward to staying with them again in the near future.

The stay was easy and very comfortable! Thanks

The house is so cute and just as seen on the listing. Check in was easy and simple.
However, there is a cleaning fee and we were still asked to do the vast majority of cleaning. We had to handle all the sheets and towels, do all the dishes, and take out the trash. This seems unreasonable given the extra charge.

Two fellow ministers that needed a quiet and restful night while attending a conference. This home provided such an oasis. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was cozy and loved the decor. It was perfect for our dog with a fenced in yard and doggy door. Emilie and Tim answered us immediately when we had a question. Close to everything we needed. Nice neighborhood.

Property was very clean, cozy, and convenient to the coliseum. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful inside. The decor was lovely and it was extremely clean. Beds were beautiful and extremely comfortable. Some work needs to be done on the exterior property to improve curb appeal. The impression of the house outside does not match how lovely it is on the inside.

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights and very much enjoyed the home and backyard. It was just like staying in a friend’s home. Convenient to event venue, restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to staying again when I need to travel to Greensboro. Our first Vrbo rental and it was great!

We had a nice stay. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and convenient. Loved having the fenced-in back yard with the seating area.

The host was so accommodating and friendly, as well as very easy to reach. Check-in was a breeze. We didn't really use a lot of what was available (washer/dryer/coffee/stove/dishes) but all was there for use. We weren't really in the house much. Originally we were going to travel with 2 adults and 2 kids but ended up changing plans and only had one of each. The beds were super comfortable. We attempted to back out of the rental because my daughter was injured and couldn't compete in the competition we were in town for, but we completely understood why the host wouldn't cancel at the last minute - we knew we had to cancel by a certain date so I'm not complaining. It would not have been fair to the host. The only negative I will share is the house smelled a little musty, which we didn't really like. We used the febreeze in the closet and it was fine.

It is rare to find a 3 bedroom house with 3 king beds! So nice to have the extra room. The most well stocked house—all the extras you might need!

Location cannot be beat. Very close to downtown, the Coliseum (we were into town for the NCAA Tournament), shopping, restaurants, etc. Several of the top restaurants in Greensboro like Hops Burger Bar and Scrambled Southern Diner were within a mile of the house. The Greensboro Arboretum was a great place to take walks and was less than a half mile from the home. The home was well stocked from k-cups to bathroom and shower supplies. The owner/manager were very quick to respond to any questions. Quiet, safe neighborhood. It was just my husband and I so the one small bathroom wasn't an issue for us. The living room sofas should be replaced. They weren't very comfortable. Appreciated the quaintness of the older home and would stay again when visiting.

Great property that is exactly as the owner described. Clean as a whistle, comfortable beds, and many extras! Our property manager was amazing. Very prompt on any of my questions, I was able add 2 people to the rental at nearly the last minute! Easy to follow instructions and overall lovely experience!

This house was exactly what our family needed. A house that was easy to access and nice with a pet-friendly environment. Our two small dogs (doodles) enjoyed the fenced backyard which made our stay even more enjoyable for the rest of us. Location is good as well.

Great value for size for living spaces, great beds, big outdoor space, nicely renovated kitchen, very clean. The bathroom has not been renovated in a functional way. It is small, tight and in serious need of maintenance/renovation. Check in was easy and owner was communicative.

SO clean and fresh. Lots of great coffee for the Keurig and condiments available. Comfortable bed. Loved that we could bring our dog with us too. Very helpful when we had questions. Will definitely keep this one on our list!

We stayed for 3 night to attend a wedding nearby. The house was great for our short visit and was great having a fenced in yard for our 3 yr old. The house was supplied with lots of toys and books and a pack & play. A short drive to the Greensboro childrens museum (and must for young kids!) and downtown for food.
