About this house rental
Open floor plan, beautifully renovated, lovely brick home is the perfect place for you and your guests to spend time together. Comfortable, home away from home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Central heat and air conditioning. Fresh stainless steel appliances and granite countertops welcome you to the kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the dining and living rooms. Large screen TV in living room and also in master bedroom. 4th bedroom is the basement where there is a double bed.
Stunningly renovated brick ranch with partially finished basement with double bed. Main floor has large, open living room, kitchen and dining area plus 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 beautiful full bathrooms. Dogs are welcome. Pet fee applies. Ring camera outside on front porch.
Entire home is available for the guests to enjoy.

I was able to totally surprise my daughter for her upcoming 40th birthday! Two of her college friends were able to come and spend the weekend with her. The home was very nice!

Csme from NY with my two adult kids and two pups to visit my father and brother. Such a beautiful, updated home on a quiet street and an excellent host. Emilie was always available via text to answer any questions, no matter how goofy they were.
The home is well maintained with so many incidental supplies that I never had to run out for that one thing that I forgot to pack or that I would only need 1 or 2 of to get through my stay. The beds are so comfortable and I was able to recharge on the couple of days I stayed there.
The Paris themed bedroom is adorable and my adult daughter had to claim it as her own. It was a luxury for each of us to have our own king size bed. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard to explore.
I hope to return soon and will definitely book again.

My boyfriend and I and our dog loved this place! We are in the process of moving and are in between places and it’s always great to find a rental that feels cozy and comfortable. Recommend it to anyone!! And the hosts are fabulous and great at communication, and we felt taken care of!!

This property was perfect for our families that traveled in for a wedding. Quiet street in a great neighborhood and close to many amenities. The host was very responsive and good about communicating. We would stay again!

We traveled from the beach to attend a family wedding in Winston Salem. We needed a place for six adults and one child. This home was perfect! We had plenty of room to sleep, eat, and relax. The king sized beds were amazing! Plenty of parking also.

This house is located in a nice area, close to everything and the house was clean and had super comfortable beds. Everyone that stayed (5 of us total - 2 adults, 3 children) enjoyed our accommodations. Would highly recommend to everyone. I also aways love a rental that has extra little touches (there were tea bags and K-cups for the Keurig & my youngest loved the kids toys that were available to play with). Sometimes it's just the little things.

Our family was staying for a family wedding. The big selling point for us was three king size beds. Staying with married adult kids it was nice to have the king size beds. It was a really nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.

We were in town for a track meet and this house was in a great spot near the track with plenty of restaurant options nearby as well. Nice updated kitchen with a fenced in backyard if you bring your dogs with you. Thanks again!

This property was clean and well equipped. The mattresses were great. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes away from a family member who recently moved to the area. There were 4 adults and 1 6 year old in our party and the space was so much nicer than cramming into small hotel rooms!

We had 5 adults staying. Very comfortable with the king beds. We appreciated the extra paper products/bath products/ k cups available for us to use. The neighborhood was really cute and quiet. Beautiful trees! The sun room was pretty. There were some fall decorations, which was a nice touch.

We were in town for our grandson's high school graduation and this house was perfect for the long weekend. There are many upgrades that have been done and the house was very clean and very well stocked. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. It was a terrific neighborhood in which to walk our dog. We will definitely keep this house in mind when we come to town again. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable home with king beds a bonus. Ideal for children with books and toys provided for their entertainment. Extra blankets would be beneficial as A/C was greatly appreciated but difficult to balance throughout the house. Would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Winston Salem.

Seven of my favorite people gathered at this little house. It was perfect for our group. The basement bedroom provided a get away for my eldest child, the door at top of stairs protected the toddler from basement adventures, and the back yard was perfect for socializing and side walk chalk! Beds comfy, and kitchen stocked for home cooking!

Positives - host was super responsive and allowed us to reschedule our dates when I broke my arm. Allowing dogs was very much appreciated. Street is very quiet and private. They do offer coffee and tea.
Negatives - house was in need of updates. Lots of dark hairs in bathrooms, rugs (particularly in bathroom) were in need of replacing, scuff marks/dirt/smudges on walls, light switches, stair risers, etc. Decor has seen better days. Toys and personal items strewn around house and yard. TV was on a delay so that audio and visual did not match up, despite rebooting. Eventually, we got it to work on the second day. Religious signs/reading material throughout home. We were also charged extra for having four people in a four bedroom house, which seemed unnecessary since there were not a lot of towels put out and bed linens were not in great shape. There was something that looked like a dirty rug at the bottom of one of the beds. Also be aware that the fourth bedroom Is in a basement that our family was too scared to sleep in. Hate to leave a negative review but we almost went home immediately. Perhaps the price is too high, and lowering it might manage expectations. But the hosts were kind and some people might find it okay for a no frills stay.

This well-maintained & updated brick rambler is in a quiet neighborhood, located near everything. The beds & pillows were very comfortable (a big compliment from trouble sleepers.). The house is clean and well appointed; we found or had everything needed for a successful stay. We appreciated the coffee/tea area and updated kitchen & bathrooms—and the fenced backyard for our pup. Lastly, our out-of-town extended wedding weekend stay was less stressful in part due to hosts Emilie & Tim. They are good communicators, informative, responsive to calls, questions, and/or providing assistance if/when questions or any issues arise.

Lovely, tree-lined street in a quiet neighborhood. Home was well-appointed and had plenty of space. Great kitchen and washer/dryer. Coffee/tea station was really nice and much appreciated. About 15 minutes from WF but easy drive. Host communication was excellent!

This was the perfect rental for our family and dog. The house was clean and cozy and close to shopping and restaurants. Emilie had great communication with us and check in was easy. We plan on renting this house whenever we are in the Winston- Salem area.

This was our best rental experience! Communication with our host was outstanding. Home is better than the listing with so many small touches. This was a home, not a rental. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Would highly recommend this property.

Spacious and well-equipped. Perfect for a get-together with three couples and a small dog. Convenient to downtown Winston-Salem and Old Salem. We enjoyed meals at the large dining table!
