About this villa rental
This holiday home is situated on a plot of 8150 m², between the villages of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by palm trees, olive trees, almond trees and lavender. The interior of the house offers a warm and cosy atmosphere, the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. There is also a charming dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa has six comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a wonderful turquoise swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas that create a cosy atmosphere. Around the corner is the classic Mallorcan kitchen with a beautiful antique wooden table in the centre of the room, perfect for a sumptuous indoor banquet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. A bedroom with a 1.60 metre double bed and a bathroom are also located on this floor. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, each with two 0.90 metre single beds, sharing a bathroom, and a master bedroom with a 1.60 metre double bed and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning and have a high level of aesthetics and warmth.
A special feature of this house is a renovated mezzanine, which is characterised by a bright living room in the entrance area, furnished with a dining table and two sofas. There is also a kitchenette with fridge and hob. Two bedrooms, each with two 0.90 metre long single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub complete the facilities of this exceptional flat. It is ideal for young people or for those who value their privacy. Thanks to this concept, the temperature down here stays quite cool, even when it is very hot outside.
The impressive outdoor Balinese pool measuring 11 x 4 metres, with a minimum depth of 1.2 metres and a maximum depth of 1.8 metres, offers plenty of fun and refreshment. This holiday home has several covered terraces and a barbecue.
It is worth mentioning that the property has fibre optic cable for better teleworking.

LOCATION
The old town of Pollensa is only a few minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. There is a large selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés to suit the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov, the German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as their holiday destination or second home. The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
Puerto de Pollença (harbour) is 4 km away in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a large selection of cafés and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.

This holiday home provided us with unforgettable moments. It has everything you could wish for and we would gladly book it again.
We also travelled a lot on the island and were able to sleep very well in the quiet surroundings. The pool and the outside area of the house are a dream.
Best regards Elly
